Great experience at this dental office. I was needing a deep cleaning, few crowns and feelings and they went over my treatment plan explaining everything with details. Everyone in this office treated me as a family. Very recommended.

With the warm welcome I received from Mary at the front desk who had the upmost professional demeanor and as well with the Office Manager Peter who was funny and showed a compassion for his job, and of course the dental assistant Maria who was caring and the dentist who surely made me feel comfortable and didn't shame me for my dental hygiene. I also, had the pleasure to Meet the Owner Dr. Judy who was pleasant and sweet. I know I have a long way to go with treatment and if today's visit was satisfying I look forward to what is in store. I truly recommend Family Dental Spa of Brandon, the staff truly makes you feel part of the family. The name speaks for itself.

After calling many dental offices in the Brandon area and feeling frustrated, I called Family Dental Spa and Mary answered the phone. I have not met her yet, but she is wonderful. She answered my questions, gave me options, scheduled my appointment.all in less than 5 minutes. She is patient and has the most pleasant disposition. Thank you!

Beyond disgusted with the way they treated me. Don’t waste your time or money. Tried to make app online twice with no response, called twice and finally got one. Then a week later call just to confirm since it all seemed very unprofessional and they answer saying sorry she decided she isn’t coming in. No one called me to reschedule or even let me know and my app was at 9am. No value for my time at all. I would never go to her or this place ever.

The most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to. Had an appt scheduled and did not receive any reminders like most places give. Tried calling at least 10 times to reschedule and eventually just didn’t show up because I couldn’t make it- never received a call or anything so I’m assuming I wasn’t even on the schedule. No consideration for patients time. I’ve showed up previously for an appointment only to have the doors locked and nobody answering the phone. Time before that I was there for a CHECK UP and waited at least 3 hours. Unorganized and unprofessional staff. Would not recommend to anyone.
