Would give 0 stars if optional! Very disaapointed. Got a groupon for a gift for cleaning exam.and xrays. Made apt arrived they took xrays. Same story As the guy be4 a lady with clipboard and a payment plan.and would not do a cleaning. Told me I required a "deep cleaning" and tried getting me to sign a payment plan before a basic cleaning. For a new patient and them not to honor the cleaning that was purchased.i was told to contact groupon and return the voucher that was given to me as a gift.horriable experiance and very unprofessional. Would never reccomend to anyone.

This place is a joke, they tell EVERYONE they “grind their teeth” in an attempt to sell $300 mouth guards! I heard 4 people being told the same thing within 30 minutes. Also, cleaning was painful and I could not communicate with hygienist because she did not speak English.

Terrible experience with this company. First of all, I scheduled a cleaning, the appointment was pushed out 3 months. At the time of the appointment they called and canceled and rescheduled me two months out again. The day of the appointment, they called me again to reschedule. The groupon would be expired by the time I would be seen. I asked to talk to the doctor, they kept putting me on hold for extended amounts of time and then hanging up. No respect. From what I have read, others are having a similar experience and the few who have done a appointment with them have reported negative. Stay clear of this company, bad service all around. It’s rare I would give a one star review but this for sure earned it.

Worst experience. I went for a cleaning and was told I needed a night guard, before my teeth were even cleaned I had someone in my face with a clipboard to sign off on my payment. My husband went in later that day and was told the same thing, that he needed a night guard. He refused. 2 months later I have no night guard, had to get remolded for the first one because it fell right out of my mouth and I’m fighting for my $200 back. Was told to fill out a refund request and I’d hear back in 2-3 weeks. Called back just over 3 weeks for an update and was told “I don’t know” and I would be called when there was an update but wasn’t asked for my name or contact number. I had to ask the person who answered the phone if they needed the information. Do not recommend this place.

I've been coming to this office for more than two years to take care of the health of my teeth. They've always been very cordial and Amistosos. I feel like home when I visit them

I came and I they did my dental cleaning. The hygienist was great. I don’t know why there is a review saying the hygienist doesn’t speak English, that’s not true. That kind of comment seems racist to me just because the girl is Latina. She was very kind and attentive

I called to make an appointment that was already paid for and the receptionist HUNG up on me and when I continued to call she ignored my calls.

No one paying attention to you for more than 20 minutes while waiting. I had my braces three years ago. They over charged me, and now my teeth are damaging.worst dentist /stuff ever.
