Family Dollar, Hialeah FL

Worst in Hialeah.no matter how many people in the line they only open 1 register. I've witnessed this several times. Poorly managed

This Store is the worst, I drop my mother while I went to Fresco to pickup her groceries but she can't walk for that long, a few minutes later I had to go pickup my mother after the cashier asked her to give my mother's purse to her, that she had to turn in her purse to enter the Store because its looked like a bag, after my mother explained that is was her purse with person things and medications. The employee imply that my mother was going to steal, and she couldn't shop their, she calls me to go back to pick her up because of what happend, my mother is a disabled person and at time she was with my 6 year old daughter when they were so disrespectful that my mother came out is tears, and waited outside for me to drive back.
Totally unacceptable

I'm a regular customer at the dollar General located at the 6501 w 4th ave I went today to purchase some groceries and as I was leaving the store the alarm started beeping. I return inside to verify what was going on and the employees instead of helping me to find out what's the problem was, accused me of stealing a almost empty bottle of advil that I've purchased around week ago. Finally they were able to check that I paid for that item and realized that they messed up. I believe that if you work in store surround by people as a customer service rep you must have perception and be very careful to not accused people because this can leave psychological damage. This employees treated me as if I was a criminal. They did no take a single second to look at me, because I'm sure if they would have use their emotional intelligence and brain they could have tell just by looking at me that I'm no the type of person who goes to a dollar store to steal a bottle of advil.

Horrible place to shop. They won't let you use their restroom.employee said it was broken and that he did not even have the key to it. My question was where do you guys do your necessities, he just smirked. Not right the law says employers must provide restrooms.

Only one register open.to long of a waiting time at check out, the store is on kept, and too clotter

The cashier didnt speak English. I was giving her 50 dollars and she showed me a sign that stated I don't have change. I told her I was going to give her the correct change. But the sign should have said no 50 or 100. This store always problem.

This is the worst shop on hialeah.the employees see the long line, the client upset, and they does not open the other box, even if a client ask them. This shop doesn't care for give a good traet to the public. So I don't recommend this shop

Good prices for your need here and there. I just wish they would let you take a cart out of the store if you bought tons of stuff.

This place just about everything from groceries to school supplies to cleaning supplies, ECT at very reason prices.

This place is WAY expensive! You find same items cheaper at Deals and Dollar Tree. If items are 2 for $1, it would be sold separately. Snacks are months expired and no one knows what they're doing. Manager worse. Finally the end of June they bring hangers! It's been out of stock for months! Why keep the damn empty boxes!? Anything, you're told to go to another Family Dollar. Good thing they hired 2 teenagers who speak English and have use of common sense! We keep telling our son to stop buying snacks there! He's learned his lesson.

Pretty pricey for a dollar store and the wait is usually long even though the lines aren't. It gets the job done in a rush but avoid it if you don't need to go.
