Worse experience ever. I will never go back. Unhelpful associate. Unprofessional. Made my trip and experience a disaster.

Poor customer service. Store is a mess. First when i first pulled up a guy worker was smoking by the front door. I had asked about a merchant if they had it and was ignored. Young lady at the register wearing a red sweat shirt cashed me out and wasnt paying no mind to the customer and looking at her phone as i was saying thank you have a nice safe day. Smh. Worst un organized family dollar ive ever been in.

Store looks like a flea market inside, aisles are messy. Prices are different than what is posted on shelves consistently! Manager says its the vendors, not her problem.

They had so much Freight on the floor shopping carts full of freight I could barely maneuver my shopping cart through the store. I asked the lady what was the difference in the light bulbs and she said they were bigger and they weren't they were solar-powered which I did not want and I bought by mistake. I left because of all the Freight in the floor

Crappy products I can find anywhere but they cost more here. I don't get why anyone shops here.

This store is the bomb! It had everything I was looking for! I went in looking for certain colors and they actually had the exact same colors I was looking for! Next week when I get paid, I will probably end up spending just about all of it in here! I can't say enough about them and the lady who works in there has a tremendous personality! This place is awesome!

The place was in disarray with carts blocking isles so there was no access to certain things such as clothes and home items. The female that rang up my order was talking on her phone the entire time I was there! I was on a call and chose to put my phone down so as to not be rude. She continued to have an active conversation. When I commented on it, saying you know that is rude? She makes an excuse saying well I'm on a conference call with yada yada yada. I don't care who you're on the phone with. I am your customer actively spending money in your store. Put the phone down and actually supply customer service! I won't go back there again!

Pretty good place to come in quickly and buy what you need for your home needs. Customer service is friendly.

It's was nice and cold inside which is great during Florida summers and it was very clean and well taken care of.employees were all very polite, friendly and helpful. I will be going back!
