Family Dollar, St. Augustine FL

This Family Dollar is always well stocked with nice personal service when available. However they r usually understaffed so u have to go to the cashier a lot of the time to find/find out about items. I come here a lot and will continue to do so.

Katherine, Jessica, Dani, Diamond and Julie are always kind and courteous. Store is always clean, however, it seems that the items they have are always almost out or out. I am under the impression this is a corporate issue and they should resolve it.

Need a no cell phone behind counter rule. Diamond finished her texting before ringing me up SLOWLY, followed by bagging slowly.

It's alright, it's always under staffffed but they do now take apple pay and sometimes you can find a good deal but prefer dollar tree better and dollargeneral has better customer service.

Ms. Catherine, who was working at the cash register tonight went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. This was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Ms. Catherine was so smiley, giggly and cheerful, she did not hesitate or bat an eye when I asked for her assistance.

No some people are very nasty. I will never go back to this store. Next to save A lot. In saint Augustine FL. Off of US 1. I'm forced to take a rating I wish I didn't have to

Store was neat. Shelves stocked. Found really nice Easter cards for $1. Cashier Jessica was very helpful and so sweet.

Such rude service from the front cashier and I was told they didnt have a public restroom available to me. The bathroom towels and shower curtains were quite expensive for being in a dollar store type business and had it not been my mom's birthday I would've returned them because Dollar General had the same towels for $2 less. That's the last time I visit this Family Dollar on US1 by Sav a Lot. How can a store business operate without a public restroom? Or maybe it was just unavailable to me specifically. I don't know. I just left there angry, the cashier could care less and I could not find a Corp number. And when I did? Haha! They're only open m-f 8a to 5p! The no bathroom thing? I believe that is a health code violation.

The Family Dollar way way more cleaner than my hometown one in Palatka, Florida on Hwy 20! The parking lot sparkling clean compaired to soiled diapers and needles! If I could afford it I would drive this far! Putnam County Florida needs change fast! It needs it now!

A smaller sized Family Dollar store and everything just feels crammed together. The cashier was pleasant but the stores lack of cleanliness made this a subpar medicore experience.

Being a local resident here I find that the professionalism established here is very very good and they do take pride in what they do, that's what it takes to be a great employee and to be of service to those they don't know or they do know, treating all equally in a professional manner as I do, so I give them an A+for the reference and their professionalism and a personal service that take pride in, yiC

Good customer service but in my opinion the isles need to be wider. As well as less clutter and needs improvement on organization.

May not be perfect but you can tell the one gentleman employees there all the time really cares about his job and the store I prefer this one over all the other locations in town
