Family Dollar, Jacksonville FL

2 employees were rude, not acknowledged customers talking with their bluetooth, had to repeat my self 3 times before getting some attention! ‍️

Services were the best did coupons with my phone the lady that check me out was very helpful and very patient I truly enjoy my trip I save $6 with the items that I bought total was $25 with my coupons came to $19 a great saving and great service.

I have nothing but a good time at family Dollar. The people are the best and very helpful
I have been going to this store since it opened and just love it.

The store is a disaster and the lady running the register let a poor woman stand there for 5 minutes before someone said anything and the cashier was rude. More focused on her phone call than her customers.

I love Family Dollar. The managers and employees are always very friendly to me. The stores always clean and tidy.

I have called this location over 20 times today back to back and they wont answer the phone! Worse customer service ever!

Mrs. Tanya always above and beyond, so does Mrs Maria, and Mrs Asma beautiful people you have there. The price is always right, and you literally sell everything. Im glad I only live up the road from you guys. I go in everyday.

Like that Family Dollar on parental and Beach Blvd. There store is alway clean and I can find what you want when I go in there.

This is my go to store for household items. Laundry detergent, toilet paper, and even milk. Saves me money every week.

In my opinion the best of the dollar stores in the southside of Jacksonville.
First I will say the employees here are way above average really for any retail type store. The majority of them are always friendly, cheerful, and more than willing to help with anything.
The thing I love most about the offerings here, is that it changes seemingly day 2 day. I stopped in every time I drive by just to see what they might happen to have new any given day of the week. You just never know what you might happen to catch for a great price.
It can be a bit difficult to get in and out of the store during rush hour traffic, but in my opinion it is worth it.

Compared to the other dollar stores in the close proximity, in my opinion they are Head and Shoulders Above the Rest, and actually that is mostly due to the employees that are there.

Soon as walking in store employee talking to the top of her voice could her all over the store bout her personal problems was doing more swearing than a sailor even when customers where at the counter she was cussing loud talking like no one was while taking your money very very unprofessional think I might have to more shopping at dollar general

I would have spent a lot more money in this store, but there weren't any shopping carts. The inventory was being stocked, and there were boxes piled up in front of the shelves, so it was very hard to reach items. The staff wasn't helpful at all.

It's a Family Dollar. I've never had a bad experience. Everyone has been helpful. They generally have what I need.

Love it there.friendly staff from the Store Manager Mike, his Assistants Kim and Natasha. Also the cashiers. Clean store and alot to choose from.
