13THIS FD is always busy! Jamie Asst Mgr is Awesome and GM Ed is wonderful aa well! These two Will go above and beyond to help their guests!
Usually, pretty filthy on the outside. Since they have rearranged inside, and are keeping it tidy, don't mind stopping in.
Good neighborhood store. Cashier's are usually friendly and helpful when needed. The only downfall is the parking lot is always dirty, especially the side parking lot.
I have no issues other than the two clerks that just stand talking to each other, or talking about their boss Edward.
Closed doors at 7: 50 even though posted hours on door say 8pm, will call corporate some people get off work late and don’t need to be turned away needing to grab one item especially when the store is fkn empty
If you do decide to shop at this business be aware of one employee named Annette. She’ll single you out for your bag but let every other customer walk in freely carrying their purses, book bags, and etc.without saying a word!
They always think your stealing and the employees have a broken register so they only have one open line. And its mad ghetto and dirty. The employee literally tackled a lady cause she stole some bleach they take they job way to seriously.
Didn't have very good knowledge about the inventory and when we went to check out, we picked the cash back option, usually no problem right? My friend and I made our purchases in two separate transactions, and with the first gave her a 20 dollar bill. On the second asked for 20 cash back.this is the really stupid part. She (the sales clerk) looked at my friend and said. Mame next time could you please let is know if you're planning to get cash back, cause sometimes we don't have it. NOW WE JUST GAVE THE WOMAN A TWENTY DOLLAR BILL. And why would we know they don't keep money in their drawers. We were beyond confused and offended, but must admit that we couldn't help being humored by how moronic the sales clerk was.
Just left there was that the one on beville and Nova add a shopping cart with three gallon jugs of tea and three 12-packs of soda on the way out the door the big plastic thing of course hits the top and I was advised by the cash register guy not to take the cart out "hence the Pole on the top" in a condisinding tone of voice. When asked how I was supposed to get all that stuff out to my truck he told me I could leave my cart unattended walk out and get my truck Park in the fire lane in front of the store and then get my goods. I'm sure they would pay the ticket if the police or code enforcement came by he told me that was the store policy and they were doing it at all their stores. I opted to gather my things up and carry them but I will be finding a new dollar store to go to and it won't be family Dollar
Friendly manager, no lines, the only thing I dont like is having to leave the type of purse I use while Riding a bike up front with the cashiers
I always love Family Dollar especially the one on Nova and Beville everybody is wonderful everybody helps the customers and I I leave there a present customer
The was clean and the workers where very nice and friendly. There was not line when I checked out.
Pretty cool store. They allowed my Boy Scout troop to sit out front and do a fundraiser to go camping. Thanks!
