Family Dollar, Holly Hill FL

Since when do they not have a public bathroom and the people working there are rude when you ask if you can use them

Lately whenever I go to this store, the employees are friendly (a couple years ago I didn't always encounter the friendliest staff). Yesterday morning D. + D. (1st letters of their names) went above and beyond, and I'm extremely grateful for their assistance! My one gripe is that not every item had a price tag on the shelf, so that feels a bit deceptive.

Family Dollar LPGA-No Mask Complaint

Two days ago on 7/21/2020 I stopped at the Family Dollar on LPGA in Holly Hill, FL. As I drove up, I saw a customer coming out with a cart and a mask on his face. So, I thought it would be safe to go in. I walk in the door and a cashier/staff greets me with no mask on her face. Two months ago, a month ago, I saw this no mask on Family Dollar staff before. Today, with almost 6,000 people dead in Florida, I thought there would be masks on staff. The female Family Dollar said welcome to her store, I picked up a small hand basket and took two steps into store. I looked around and no one was in the store but me. I looked at the cash register area and there was just a clear piece of plastic between me and this probably virus infected Family Dollar worker. God told me to turn my butt around and get out of there. This I did quickly. Why am I writing this complaint? Family Dollar on LPGA had continued to have their staff with no masks, last month, month before, two weeks ago and now two days ago. So, I blasting Family Dollar for being as stupid as Trump and infecting people with their stupid denial of the disease and their non-caring attitude for others. Possible Family Dollar customers, you have been warned!

This is the worse store in Volusia County the ladies that work there have the worse additudes and today I made up my mind I will never step inside that store again.

I stood in line for 30 min and still didnt buy anything i got tired of waiting i definitely will not be going back i promise

I was in the family dollar on LPGA and Derbyshire in Daytona and was insulted and discriminated against for being in a wheelchair by an employee named Jeff who claimed to be the manager.

Hope that you are NOT helped by "Red" as she is rude and has 0 customer service skills. She actually followed me out of the store. I've never been so disrespected trying to get my paraplegic daughter a bathroom to Cath in.

I went to 2 different stores and the prices were different. The same number code but different prices how can that be?

The store Dell PGA in Derbyshire has the friendliest workers they greet you in your walk in they treat you like family and talk to you and they still do their job love that store

This is the most handicapped accessible store I've ever been in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Not to mention easy access from the road without going into the road.

Any time I'm at this location I'm able to quickly find what I need and get in and out. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

It seems like thier bathroom is always dirty and has urine all over the floor or they say the bathroom is out of order and when you go through the back there is so much merchandise stacked up that you really have to be careful that it does, not fall over on you!

The manager is nasty. The one female cashier nasty. They need to treat customers the way there mama would be proud of.
