8This place steals money, they keep your change and hand you an incorrect receipt. Then when you claim they gave you wrong money they say our manager is not here and we can’t do anything about it.
I love the fact that SOME items are cheaper and that they have items I sometimes can't find elsewhere however, I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE I'M BEING WATCHED & THAT I'M A THEIF!
I called this store to see if they had clear tumblers in stock on the shelves and I spoke with an employee named, Laura. I simply asked Laura if they had any of the tumbler cups on the shelves so that I can come by and pick them up. She kept saying, “whatever we have on the floor is what we have. ” I again asked her if she could tell me if the cups were actually there so that I didn’t make the trip for no reason, but she didn’t want to walk her lazy self to see if they had the cups on the shelf. I even heard her mumble, “Oh my god, ” out loud because I suppose its such an inconvenience for her to do her job. Laura, i suggest you get another job if you hate it so much. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
I had the worst experience shopping here store is messy and the manager is the worst always on her phone can’t even speak English asked for something and was very rude I’ll be shopping somewhere else from now on
Horrible Customer Service
Fake Blonde Gorda Mrs Piggy look alike hasn’t a clue about tact or dignity. She left the store front unintended for over 9 minutes. This is the perfect store to rob since she’s never at the register.she was very rude with several customers in the store. Please inform her that we aren’t the reason for her unhappiness. She can’t even blame Castro since dude died a while back. You don’t like it here? Go back. Go back now! I actually hate this store, was only there grabbing something that was marked clearance. Big signs everywhere stating that the item is discounted, but Mrs Piggy said no. To Dollar Generals I go.
The hispanic Cuban lady wants make her own rules about couponing telling me to read the rulea and she has NO English. In the phone all the time FaceTiming people.
I went in today cashier was a lady named Laura she was taking care of customers a customer ask for cash back she didn't have in the register she called a heavy set lady Laura was very upset because she didn't have enough cash in the register and I told them I was going to pay with a 50 i asked did they have change the heavy set lady heard me looked at me she walked away so when Laura rang up my things she gave me an ugly face and she called that heavyset lady again and I told Laura I told you guys I had a 50 so I started looking for smaller bills in my purse I paid my items I told Laura that she needs to change her attitude very very sorry customer service Laura has
The people help a lot and too bad is closing. We feel bad, because a lot of people here like Famoly dollar and was easy for Peale that don't have cars to walk there and buy what we need, we don't like dollar store, because the items are very low quality and doesn't last.we fell sad to lose are new store in this neighborhood.
