Our experience with Jim at Family Focus Video was great in every way! He responded immediately to inquiries, turned our project around quickly, and provided quality work for a very reasonable price. I had delayed having my 8mm home videos transferred to DVD because I didn’t want to take the chance of losing them by mailing them out, and Jim’s local service was the perfect solution. Highly recommend him!

I searched online for a reputable business with positive reviews to transfer pictures to video, set to music. This project was a gift for my child’s college graduation so it was very important to me that it be well put together; it served as a commemorative gift that I wanted my child to treasure forever!

I found Family Focus Video via an online search. When I first spoke to Jim I had a long list of questions, which he patiently listened to and answered. Jim treated my project with care, as if it were a graduation gift for his own child. He touched base with me throughout the creation process, ensuring that the end product would meet my expectations. Well, the end product EXCEEDED my expectations! Jim did an EXCEPTIONAL job and the turn around time was faster than what I had anticipated.

Jim at Family Focus Video did excellent on digitizing a VHS tape for me. I had contacted him via their web site regarding dropping off the VHS tape and picking it up later the same day. We discussed my needs, what he could do and he did exactly what we discussed. He was easy to contact, quick to reply to my questions and kept me updated after dropping off the tape. He actually finished and finalized the DVD/USB for me ahead of schedule. Jim is customer focused and easy to do business with, prices are very reasonable and quality of work was excellent. Again, I am very pleased with the DVD/USB Jim did for me and will contact him when I need videos digitized.

My 8 mm family videos were unfortunately worthless without the camcorder that created them. James put them all on an SD drive for us and did a fantastic job! The only thing better the making memories is having someone that can keep those memories alive for you on an SD drive!

After considering all the big companies that digitize old home family videos, I looked for someone in FL, who I could meet, and to whom I could personally drop off my videos, and pick up the finished work.
