Office manager seems rude and racist has a problem with people having Medicaid or SSI insurance If you don’t like your job don’t work for a office

Tried to schedule appointment for my child. The scheduling manager extremely rude was talking about my son having more than one last name and then talking about his insurance saying they shouldn’t have to chase to get paid When his insurance covers it Will not recommend this office and will be reporting them to the better Business Bureau

Dr. Denault and the staff and Family Foot Care are amazing. Very welcoming and treat all the patient's like family. Dr. Denault takes his time when you are in the room to explain at length what is going on with your feet and what the best form of treatment will be. I wish I could give this TEN STARS. **********) WE LOVE THIS OFFICE!

I am 14 years old and I broke my Growth Plate in my big toe. Dr. Denault and his amazing MA Dorothy have been taking care of me the entire time. I play basketball so this has effected me a lot. But I trust Dr. Denault and the staff at Family Foot Care when it comes to treating my feet. I hate the boot, but I know it's for my own good and healing process. Thank you Family Foot Care for taking care of me.

The woman at the front desk is incredibly unfriendly and rude. From the very first visit until our last, she gave every member of our family an attitude for every little thing.
Also, if you’re intending to have any appointments here make sure you allot 45 minutes at minimum to wait to be taken back. We have come for approximately 12 visits and have never once waited for less time than that. They once told me “yeah, it all depends what time the doctor wants to show up”
It’s unfortunate that I have to give this practice 1 star because the doctor is very nice and friendly.

I’ll give one example: Prior to leaving one of our appointments, and after having seen the doctor, I asked her if we could speak to him because we actually had another question we forgot about. She VISIBLY rolled her eyes and laughed at me and then proceeded to go get him. I’m not sure why needing to ask the doctor a question was funny or a strange request to warrant such snark from her, but I wasn’t surprised in the least.

I recieved text notifications of a past due balance (for what, I have no idea) because I was only to pay a copay with my insurance. I've tried calling 3 times and left various voicemails over various days, but no one will answer the phone? All I'm asking for is an invoice for what I'm being charged for. This place is a mess.

I came to see Dr. Denault for 2nd opinion on my ankle injury. I was on crutches for over two months and getting concern about the care I was receiving. After seeing the original X ray taken after the injury, Dr. Denault explained, "the small bone that was broken is not a weight bearing bone and it was a clean break". He instructed me to begin walking to get my leg strength back. He gave me details on how to care for the ankle. He gave me a good confidence that he know what he is doing!

My first visit would have been a 5 star rating for the courteous staff and thorough exam by Dr. Deneault but when I called back a couple weeks later for further care, I never received a call back the first time and again after leaving a voice message. So the two stars are for the lack of follow through.
