Family Foot & Leg Center - Physical Therapy (Downtown Naples) reviews
8I get the dry needling at the clinic and it has been fantastic to help my tension headaches. Great, professional clinic that is responsive and courteous.
Family Foot & Leg Center - Physical Therapy (Downtown Naples) left me disappointed with their front desk services. Regrettably, my experience was marred by inaccurate information provided for my appointment, causing confusion and frustration. Additionally, the customer service encountered while trying to clarify the situation was unacceptable.
The staff at the Downtown Naples location for PT are the best! I receive very specialized care not only from Dr. Dimaio but also from Jay and the other PT assistants. They offer many options for therapies and do their very best to get the best results for their patients. In the process, we have practically become like family. I highly recommend this practice if you are in need of care.
All the physical therapists and assistants at Family Foot and Leg are excellent! They are knowledgeable, friendly, skilled and helpful. I am extremely pleased with the care they have given me as I recover. I highly recommend them for PT.
Sometimes I wonder what businesses are thinking? I went for treatment for plantar fasciitis and that included physical therapy. My treatment was proceeding and after the 4th PT visit, I was told I needed to "sign the welcome letter. " Well the welcome letter was anything but welcoming. It was an agreement that admonished me not to be late or cancel my PT sessions upon pain of fiscal penalties. What? I had never been late and I had never cancelled a session? Really irritating and condescending to require a good paying client to sign such a letter.
I figured if this was how they wanted to treat their good customers, then this was not the place for me. I cancelled all of my subsequent PT lessons. I hope they're happy to have their "welcome" letter signed. My suggestion to prospective clients is to go somewhere that will respect you while they administer medical care!
This is a very professional facility. I was diagnosed and treated immediately. Dr. Lam was very conscientious and solved my problem immediately.
Tabatha was great at check in as was Pryscilla at check out. Couldn't ask for more!
I highly recommend the Family Foot & Leg Center physical therapy team at the downtown office. I had sessions with the three head therapists, Anthony, Laura and Ryan, and I felt they were all knowledgeable and caring professionals. The team always asked me how I was feeling and listened genuinely to any concerns I may have had; and always answered my questions with specific advice and tips to promote healing of my achilles tendonitis. I learned a lot from them and they are all NICE people too! You won't be disappointed if you have PT with this team.
