This place is the worst I was taking some medication and I got pregnant I went to this place to see a doctor just to ask if was able to continue my pregnancy or if this medication can cause some birth defects and i have to interrupt the pregnancy they told me I need to wait until I was 11 weeks pregnant so they can see me. I told them I just need to know if I can continue the pregnancy and the answer was the same. People are just stupid this days. I'm 5 weeks pregnant now.

Super clean, elegant and with excellent treatment from all the staff, especially Odalis and the social girls.

The place is very clean, the Dr that saw my daughter that day is excellent very respectful and informative, also the nurses were very friendly, but the lady at the front desk is rude and doesn't care about the patience.there
is not empathy in her.the front desk personnel salud be better trained to a least be empathetic.

My son is Autistic and I waiting for his cleaning like 6 months. When the day is show up.they call me.they needing canceled. The appointment. Because they need refered to pediatric whatever. Why canceled after waiting so long. I talking in the office and I said.don't putting nothing with flavored in his mouse and everything is going good they doing other procedures to my son and he doesn't have any problems.they canceled because the cleaning doesn't want to doing.she even try.
And for me she want to get away to doing.so be careful people they don't wants to doing and you don't have any appointments and nothing done

Wish there was the option to give ZERO stars. I am 25 weeks pregnant and in the past months they have reschedule my appointments several times in the last minute…And…Today's morning I had an appointment and I because was 15 mins late (due to the bad traffic) they refused to see me. Worth mentioning that there was no one else in the waiting room, only myself. They rescheduled my appointment and did not asked how I was feeling or anything which by they way I was not feeling good at the moment, so I wanted to talk to the midwife about it.
Honestly, this is the last place you want to go to during pregnancy, if you have other options go there and don’t waste your time or risk your baby’s life. In this place they don’t care about people. They don’t care!

Trash pediatricians. Go somewhere else. They wouldn't help my daughter with constipation and they tried to force a lead test on us and lied and said it was because my insurance required it or they would cancel me… When I called my insurance, they laughed at that… When I switch to a different Pediatrician, my daughters, horrible constipation ended, and they never mentioned a lead test these people lie to you and try to force you to do things to your children that are traumatizing for insurance money. Unfortunately, I have to go to the dentist within this company and I am legitimately terrified. On top of it the pediatrics office has two giant tvs they either use for ads or have off. All the others have cartoons on and toys for the children… after I switch Pediatrician 's it was like night and day.

The dentist's department is horrible, bad disorganized treatment, problems with appointments, I spent 2 hours waiting waiting. Some receptionists do not have a minimum of education. The worst experience in a clinic.

The specialty of stomatology or dentist is horrible, a lot of disorganization, the reception staff are unprofessional, they use unpleasant words to address people.

The pediatric dentist's department is a disaster, problems with appointments, they give you one and at 2 o'clock they still haven't seen you. The receptionists very poor attention and organization, and a male receptionist calls people with disrespectful words. I recommend to all parents to find another clinic where we are respected. I'm fairly new to the Ft. Myers area and finding this building has been so helpful! I schedule all dental, vision and peds visits for my kids all in one, so convenient! Always nice and clean, security and information desk in the front always say hi when you walk in (willing to help and answer questions) and wish you a good day when you leave. Appointments always run smoothly and in a timely manner. Love this place, schedule your appointments here with confidence!

Even though it appears to be employed by Spanish people. I'm always in and out for my appointment. Plus it's a really nice building and everything is conveniently located in one place. Pediatric, lab, vision, adult health, gyn, dental all in one location. Bonus if your insurance is accepted there and they are within your network.

They actually have doctors there that care! That is hard to find down here! It means a lot!

I suffered a missed miscarriage that this office drug out for as long as humanly possible. It caused immeasurable mental anguish. On top of all of that their MA staff has the worst bedside manner and no care for humans, specifically Stephanie at this location. I have been a nurse for almost a decade and would never treat my patients how this place does.

The attention is excellent, the information people are very kind and ready to help. I am talking about the second floor in particular, in the laboratory there is a blonde lady who is very good holding the vein in the other person's arms if it hurts, of course that depends also from the experience of each one, this is mine, and the bad thing is that doctors do not always take enough time to care for the patient, and obviously the payment of our insurance costs the same,

Sad individuals working here. No one smiles, customer service is atrocious. How would they feel if they came into my hospital and I acted that way? Trust and believe they would make sure you don’t live it down. Get it together and teach your employees that smiling or saying please and thank you will go a long way.
