I love Dr. Vizcaino, but can rarely get to see her anymore. The nurses are also very good, but the front desk staff make it a very unpleasant experience. They do not open the window to acknowledge that you have arrived. You can wait over an hour without a peep. There are signs on the covered window saying, Do not knock for assistance. I had to call them from the waiting room to see if they knew I was there. It is very unprofessionally run.

I love the office but a couple days ago this patient VICTORIA DRESCHER came in the office and had a NASTY, RACIST, ENTITLED Attitude towards the staff specially to Ashley giving her degrading stares and disgusting comments about the staff ethnicity. People like her shouldn’t be allowed on places like this because they can’t respect the fact that other people are different. People that work there are 3 languages smarter thn her and it’s very upsetting and disgusting that RACIST, ENTITLED, DISRESPECTFUL GROWN WOMAN don’t know how to behave at a medical office.

I love this office. We originally had a few bumps in the beginning but they have become my favorite. The providers and the staff are great. Each time I call they greet me with great customer service. Thank you Dr. Glover and Staff:)

You can call them for hours on end, they either don’t answer the phone or place you on the longest hold of your life until you give up. That’s how much they care about their patients.

This use to be an AMAZING office, years ago. However, the front desk is HORRIFIC and I would never recommend this office to anyone in the future. My child, my mother and I are forced to leave great practitioners because they have allowed a front office staff to bury their names and talents without any concern or respect for those who have stayed loyal throughout the years. My family can't continue like this, it isn't just covid, this has been happening for years and nothing has been done to correct it: (

Terry Brunner is the best of the best. She is warm, kind, informative and best of all she listens. I feel very grateful for finding this office and have since connected with Dr. Vizcaino who is also incredible. Great practice.

I have never had such an awful, unprofessional experience at a physician's office.

I chose FMWC after moving to the area and needed a new PCP. I began experiencing some unpleasant dizziness and thought it may be related to an ongoing medical condition, so I set up an appointment with FWMC. It took me over an hour to set up this appointment as I had to call numerous times, be put on hold for upwards of 20+ minutes each time just to get hung up on or told that the voicemail was full. This should have been it for me, but I heard wonderful things about the physicians at the office, so I pressed on. After finally getting someone on the phone, I was told it would be approximately 3 weeks to see the NP or 7 weeks to see the MD. I was never told that my PCP needed to be changed within a certain time or I would be refused to be seen. Fine, I understand everyone is stretched because of Covid. My dizziness was unpleasant, but probably not dangerous. So I waited.

Finally, my appointment date comes. I have a 9: 00am appointment and show up at 8: 50am to fill out paperwork that I assumed they'd have for me as a new patient. I enter the office (which supposedly opens at 8: 30) and it's dark on the inside with exception of the back office. When I enter, the lights kick on and I approach the front desk, who's sliding windows are shut and there's a note on the window asking me to sign in and take a seat. Someone would be with me shortly. So I sign in and sit down.

It's not until 9: 05 that one of the office staff members opens the door and hands me a 7-10-page stack of new patient paperwork. The receptionist asks for my ID and Insurance card. She then proceeds to tell me that my insurance (BCBS), assigned me to a different provider and I'd need to call and change that provider. I had previously done this given that my daughter's pediatrician required me to do it as well, but I was told that it had not reflected in their system that the PCP was changed.

I provided the receptionist my reference number given to me by BCBS, which she then proceeds to tell me they will not accept because you cannot bill under a reference number and you cannot bill if the PCP has not been changed. I advised that contention is wholly incorrect because not only has my daughter's pediatrician billed with the help of a reference number, but they also billed (and saw my daughter) when she was listed under a completely different physician. The receptionist continued that it was her office policy not to accept a reference number and they could not see me.

I call BCBS to see if there's anything they can do to help me. The rep asked to speak to the receptionist, but that didn't change anything. The rep later told me she has never seen a physician's office not accept a reference number or flat out refuse to see a patient because the PCP had not been updated. To top it all off, FMWC had my co-pay information readily available, so it was obvious that they've looked up my insurance information prior to the appointment and failed to say anything about changing the PCP within a certain time or refusing to accept a reference number.

After a three-week wait and a frustrating experience with an overall rude and unhelpful receptionist, I decided to leave the office as it was made clear that I was not going to be seen because of an insurance technicality that is really their job to work out with my insurance. I never even got to see a physician. I'm honestly dumbfounded that a medical office, who deals with insurance every day, could be so unbelievable.

The receptionist never offered to fit me in later the next week to see if the PCP was updated in her system. She never offered to call BCBS herself to see if something could be moved forward. She never even greeted me when I walked in the office. Stay FAR away from this office if you value your time.

Sarah Feller (but listed as Fellow on my chart because, again, it seems impossible for this office to get anything, even a last name, correct).

This is one of the worst experiences i have had with receptionists out of any i have every dealt with. I have had abnormal side effects from prescriptions that I was taking and needed to see a doctor immediately to confirm it was normal. I called for 2 weeks and left multiple urgent voicemails and never got even a courtesy call back or an apology. I had to go into the office to get anyone’s attention and when i told the office that no one had returned my calls, not a single apology was issued and i had the receptionists make excuses as to why i hadn’t had a call back. The doctors here are great, but the facility that run the office make it impossible to ever get anything done or get any help.

Dr. Glover is awesome. The office staff/front desk, (Roxanna) extremely rude and unprofessional. Ignores calls and has patients on hold for long periods of time. They abruptly place you on hold with out a greeting. Love Dr. Glover but annoyed with the front desk.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Glover's and Nurse Practitioner Heather Louguidice (no longer there) for about 10 years. We really love Dr. Glover and appreciate her professionalism, her thoroughness, and her bedside manner. My biggest struggle over the years, which has almost caused us to leave a few times, has been the office staff (which is collectively not very personable), and getting phone calls through as well as receiving calls back. However, I have noticed for the past year or so, it's been a more pleasant experience. I can usually get through on the first try although the office staff is still not very personable.:) That's usually a deal breaker for me, but Dr. Glover makes up for it. As my children get older and transition out of pediatric care, I am bringing them over to this practice.

I would give them a 10 star if possible. The staff from the check-in to the visit to the check-out has very friendly people. They are very attentive and listen. Today was my second visit and both have been awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great healthcare.

The doctors are fine but why are the receptionist not replaced by now? They are rude and incompetent! They never answer the phones or return calls!
