Horrible, but I give it one star because I havent received my money yet either. Now I just have this useless card with no money. Thanks for wasting my time again?

The Healthcare professionals are Fantastic, but the way they run their office is a nightmare. You can’t see the doctor or NP without paying in advance. Both my wife and I have over paid for services and had to fight with the billing department to get our money back took my wife 2 years. Pretty horrible customer service when you can’t receive care without paying upfront.then they overcharge you and you have to fight to get your money back. If the operations can learn bedside manner from healthcare professionals and proper customer service they have a chance to keep customers/patients. They have one more chance with me before I find a new provider due to the NP I see being great.

Getting bounced around from provider to provider on each visit isn't very complimentary. Blood work is an automated machine print. False negatives compared to Lab Corp results. These people sent me my results in the mail, the script was so small, no one could even read it. It seems Covid has allowed all others to be ignored. I am tired of this place. I have been established as a wellness patient only to find that self payers are ignored.

It was my first time going there and I did not know what to expect from this place since I was new to it all I even got lost just trying to find it. But when I was in the door the front desk people were very kind to me then I had to fill out paperwork which is no big deal that comes with the territory. Then I got called back to the room where and my nurse who was so nice and friendly wrote down every single thing that I was telling her about my self another words my history then my new doctor came in the room and I was so happy to meet her. It just made my day to fine such a nice lady to see and that is willing to help me with everything I need! I was so happy when I left that doctors office best day ever!

I had an appointment to have a COVID-19 test, I did not complete this service or appointment due to a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude from the staff performing the COVID-19 test, the lady organizing the service started with the ones that arrived after me, when I asked about fulfilling the appointment scheduled she answered: “If you don’t like it you can leave”! I left the line insulted and with no intention to use this office services in the future, I am notifying my insurance to not accept any charges for this test.

I see Kay and she’s awesome! Short wait times and she is a great listener and truly seems to care about her patients.

Saw Dr Delgado the other day and was very content with my visit with him. Greeted me with a warm.welcome and listeNed to what I had to say. He exam ed me and provided me with his assessment of the situation and explained what options I had. He also provided me with a referral to have my issue checked out further. I am currently a patient with a Dr Parrillo but am glad to know I have Dr Delgado as an alternative. In summary, I would recommend Dr. Delgado based on my initial visit.

Dr. Janovitz & Michelle P.are the best. I've been seeing them since 1994 & they really know their medical knowledge & don't rush a quick diagnosis. He doesn't order a bunch of tests unless he truly feels this is the best course of action. He takes things one step at a time. At times the LAB isn't the greatest, but I have the choice to go elsewhere. Keep up the excellent work.

Just had a sick visit and saw the PA Megan Bates at family medical center. I was brought back on time and Megan was excellent. Very professional and thorough. I would recommend her and this office to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the size of the place. There is a nice personal touch with everyone at the office!

I have been a Patient here for over 20 years and I have no plans of going anywhere else, Dorie is such a Great Person and a Friend to her Patients.

Disappointed and frustrated with office. Long waits on the phone, poor sharing of information, can't get timely appointment. Latest was not getting the testing I originally asked for, then told I needed to return for another appointment - so more money, more of my time. Health care is frustrating enough and they don't make it any easier.

I was given incorrect information from a PA regarding cancer screenings and genetic risks for cancer. Go somewhere else.

I must be going to a different place from all of the other reviewers because I've never had less than an hour wait to actually be seen for an appointment. I've gone there because I can walk from my office and they offered some other on site services. But after almost a two hour wait for my last appointment, I will look elsewhere.

Love this Doctor’s office. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, efficient and thorough doctors. I love that I can make appointments immediately, even through email! Highly recommend Dr. Delgado, Dorie, or Rachel!

Doctors are standard. Horrible staff; very impatient and uneducated about there practice. Choose another location.

Ten to fifteen minute wait time (I always book for a morning appt). They do a lot of services in the building such as blood draws, EKG, echocardiograms and more. It's a huge office and set up very efficiently. Dr. Shah is very knowledgable, patient and thorough. Definitely recommend!

Dr Frank Delgado is a Dr that cares about his patients, he listen to you. His staff is friendly.

Welll my husband is a patient of Dr. Shah. Now Dr. Shah is a very nice man and a very good doctor. His nurse also is very nice but the staff at the front of the house all need to get out of the medical field because they have no idea how to speak to a person/patient and they are even worse on the telephone. They are the rudest people and if my husband didn't like having Dr. Shah as a doctor i would of sent them to hell a long time ago.

Been coming here for 2 years, I've been seeing Dr. Goldberg and she has been fantastic addressing my diabetes issues and other problems.waiting room is large open and inviting. Chairs are comfortable and staff is helpful. They've even allowed me to make payment arrangements when money is tight. Humana accepted here. I took off a star because as cool as this place is, they have no WiFi.
