Family Medical Clinic Kendall, Miami FL

I came to family medical clinic for my first time today for my annual, the staff were so friendly the front desk made me feel welcomed made me coffee gave me water. The doctor and nurse were magical I am so happy to apart of family medical clinic!

I’ve had the privilege of dealing with Aura, Kathy and Cizar with the endgame of improving my health and quality of life. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and tailor every aspect of healthcare to meet the patients needs. An immaculate office, stellar customer service and otherworldly levels of communication elevate Elevate med spa above the rest. You like that pun? I did. I’ve been getting Testosterone therapy here at Elevate Miami for 6 months now and have had great results. The office is always clean, smells great, and the staff are friendly. Will be switching to the Testosterone pellets to give that a try and not have to get the shots, pellets are good for 4 months. Five stars!

The staff is very pleasant, and the office is very clean. The doctors and nurses were helpful and clear with information.while seeing us. Will definitely choose to stay with this office.

The office staff are amazing. The medical assistant very sweet and understanding.

FMC is the best place to come to with or without health insurance.

Horrible customer service and I do not recommend this place and will not return. They lack customer service skills and professionalism.

Terrible customer service. There’s an employee there that always seems to be having a bad day by the sour look in her face and she always has an attitude. I’ve spoken to the manager about her last year and she’s still there and hasn’t changed her mannerisms which is unfortunate. Other employees are heard speaking to their family members on the phone while patients are waiting and are received as if you’re interrupting them from doing their job. The PA Jessica I think took care of us this time and she seemed annoyed when she had to fill a prescription via phone. I know what it’s like to run a medical office. The patient should be given better service, they’re the ones keeping the doors open. Unfortunately I have no other choice but to keep taking my elderly family member there for consultations due to no insurance. Please value your patients. Love what you do and be sympathetic. Ismary is the only professional individual there, please make sure she knows she’s valued.

I needed a last minute exam for the police academy, and the receptionist was awesome and very accommodating. The staff is really nice and helpful. The doctor very knowledgeable and understanding! Overall satisfaction? Five star clinic. Thank you guys!

I love this place. Everyone was kind to me! I waited a long time to get my results last week, but overall I didn’t mind. Plus free coffee!:)

Everything went well until It came time to pick up my results. I have never had to call any clinic to get my results. I have been calling and calling no answer! Never coming here again!

A very professional and friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. Everyone showed knowledge of each of their tasks. And an experienced Dr.that doesn't rush you, that look at you when you are talking to her. She really listens to your concerns. This office is 20 minutes away from my home, but is worth the driving to receive a VIP treatment.

Went for first time last Saturday morning. Loved their professionalism, everyone is very caring, I was in and out in less than an hour. Very happy with this Medical Clinic. I highly recommend it.

Nice people but very inefficient. Went almost a month ago for an ultrasound, was supposed to get the results within 7 days and actually never did. Called twice, first time after 2 weeks and the results were not ready. Called 10 days after that and the results where ready, but supposedly they called me and the number was disconnected. (I was calling from that “disconnected phone”) and FYI- the day that they “called” me was before I called them that first time and told me the results were not there. Today, I don’t even need the results because I had to go elsewhere and get another ultrasound. So I lost my money.

Awesome clinic, very professional, Jessica the medical assistant is so sweet, I got checked from head to toe and very affordable! Highly recommend this clinic.

Terrible place. Horrible experience
Very very very unprofessional. Never going back and neither should anyone else who wants their medical needs met. This place does not have real doctors nor real nurses no one should really be seen here. I am pretty sure what they are running there is illegal.

I've been going here for about 3 months now, and I'm very happy I found this clinic! I always see Ismari, she makes me feel comfortable and takes time to explain everything to me. She makes sure I'm in great health, she's empathetic and also very attentive. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, I'm always treated very well. I'll definitely continue to come here.
