Dr. Ana Bucarelli is WONDERFUL. I came in as a new patient today because I wanted a new PCP, and I found my new home. They evaluated me marvelously. They gave me an EKG on my first visit (Which has never happened to me) and I’m so glad they did because turns out I need to see a cardiologist. I would have never known if this wasn’t done. They checked my blood pressure, my lymph nodes, my spine, Eyes, ears etc. Dr. B Was very informative, very sweet and gave me direction. I know she had other patients, but she still didn’t rush with me. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. As crazy as it sounds, I can’t wait for my next visit lol. I wish I got the name of the nurse who assisted me before the doctor came in because she was also very professional and broke down my barriers. (Since I don’t have her name, To point her out to the company, she was the one who recently got engaged). They also offer televisits once you are an established patient, so that is another perk. If you’re looking for a good doctor, this is the right place.

They were amazing the doctor was great and it was my first time there and I had a little issue with my insurance but everything went well the lady was very patience with me but we got it all straightened up thank god. Dr Ana is amazing I love her she made laugh the very first time there I’m glad I chose her as my doctor thank you staff

I’m just going to give my honest review… When I walked into the office I felt welcomes as there was high energy but after realizing they gave me what they called a referral which was just a screenshot of an email they were supposed to see me but I had to change my PCP to them and they gave me that paper and I left I don’t even feel like I was seen on top of that I have to be the one to call around in find OB/GYN‘s. But for what? That is not my job and after changing my PCP to these people I felt like they would already have one lined up for me this is very inconvenient here I am changing my PCP again I will never ever change it for anyone I cannot believe these people don’t even waste your time

Don’t waste your time! You can go to a better place. The girl in the front desk is pretty rude. She believes that she’s the owner of this place. The first time I was there they gave me an order with my name misspelled, when I told her they used an eraser to correct it (very unprofessional) the girl got upset when I asked her to give me another order with a name corrected. Not only that, the doctor needed to sign something for me and told me that I didn't need an appointment. It turns out that the girl didn't want to pass me by without an appointment so I was waiting. The doctor came out and told her to let me in and she said that there were more people waiting that I had to wait with something that was her fault for not writing my name correctly. The only reason I give two stars is because of the doctor, she is a super person but it is not worth it for the girl she has at the front desk. Don’t worth it! There are better options. They pt need the doctor but also the doctor need the pt to make money!

So if you’re gonna pay for a service at least do it with a clinic that is gonna help u!
As I said the dr is good. But you gonna have hard time with the staff which is not worth it!

Sadly, with the 2023 Doctor/staff changes, things are not good anymore. Dr Buccarelli is very nice, but when things get complicated, she gets flustered. Dr Pirez (NP here in the States, but 15 yrs a doctor in Cuba) was better. Sadly, she was the second to go. The receptionist had no patience with my questions or concerns and she's the gatekeeper. I tried to get in her good graces because she's the front line. I brought her Godiva chocolates, was always friendly and respectful. Nothing.

I had to go there in person because I couldn't trust calling her. I would miss appointments that I didn't know about. I wasn't given an appointment card, email or text reminders. I had to dispute 3 "missed" appointment charges.

I lived in Chile for years. I speak Spanish sufficiently and I understand the culture. I never had any trouble prior receptionists there.

The final straw, though, was when they did something sketchy ordering 6 specialist visits over 6 months before knowing if I was going to need a follow-up visit. Specialist didn't know what the problem was, but according to the insurance representative, scheduling the six-monthly appointments meant I couldn't get another opinion from another specialist for 6 months!

When the Humana representative tried to fix things w my primary provider's staff, they hung up on her. She was so appalled that she recommended I change providers and file a complaint with Humana.

Then, both the new primary doctor and insurance company requested my medical records be transferred. A month later I had to get the insurance company involved again because they would not do it. They still didn't send them.

They scheduled appointments and they send you a bill of $25 with out consulting with the patient what day should be,

If you go to this clinic, one piece of advice that I give you is not to go to this doctor. I am a client of this clinic with Dr. Silvia, who is an excellent doctor, but unfortunately she left this clinic and is now my doctor, Anna Bucarelli. Bucarelli is unprofessional and treats her patients very badly, she is very rude. If this doctor continues in this clinic, little by little she will leave the clinic without patients because little by little all the patients will leave as a result of the bad treatment and bad character of this doctor For my part, to this day I am a patient of this clinic because if I go to see a doctor it is so that he can give me a service, not to put up with bad treatment or bad manners from anyone, least of all the doctor. Don't go to this doctor if you don't want to go through the bad time I had in the half hour I was in this clinic with Mrs. Bucarrelli.anna bucarelli

Dr.is excellent, unfortunately the office staff is less professional. Poor record keeping and poor billing practices. No response to billing issues. They just keep sending the same disputed bill.

One of the best practices I’ve ever been. Dr. Bucarelli is very professional, caring and lovely doctor. The staff is very capable and professional. I have no complaints at all. Thank you to all these magnificent professionals for their care and dedication towards patients. I highly appreciate you!

Deeply frustrating experience with this office. My first visit there resulted in a very long wait time and the staff forgetting to take my vitals. I was charged for routine bloodwork that should have been covered by my insurance. When asking for help to get this resolved, my emails were ignored and my calls were redirected. On one particular call, I asked for the name of the staff I was talking to and when going into the office that same day to speak to said person, was told they left the practice months ago! Very shady. Avoid this place.
