I'm so grateful I found this Orthodontist, the Doctor and his entire team are amazing. The Doctor is very thorough in his work, his team makes you feel so welcomed. It's a great environment for the patient and parents.

I was referred to Dr. West by a friend. I was in need of some braces for the first time as adult. My teeth were not in as great of shape as I thought. My experience from beginning to end was seamless. For me the price was affordable and I feel that I got more than I paid for. The staff is always so kind and Dr. West is great at what he does. I would highly recommend!

I’m an older adult and when it was time for me to finally get my teeth fixed. I had checked out several orthodontist in the Jupiter area. I found Family orthodontics to be the best choice for me. Their friendly atmosphere and flexible scheduling help me get my braces completed during work travel, and my unpredictable schedules. The staff always greeted you with a big smile. My braces are off now, and I can’t be more happier with the results. I do not give out five stars very often, but Dr. West and staff definitely earned it.

Dr. West is the BEST! This morning, at 7am, he personally answered my call to his office about an orthodontic wire that came loose in my daughter’s mouth. We were seen less than an hour later. On a Friday. Thank you Dr. West!

Dr. West and his entire team are the absolute best! I started my invisalign in 2022 throughout the entire process the team was super patient with me when I would become too relaxed wearing my aligners. When I wanted to be done Dr. West so no we are going to keep going till your teeth are perfect and I am so happy he said that. I love my smile now and will miss my monthly trips to the office. The early office hours are so helpful, I was able to pop in and out on the way to work. 100% recommend Family orthodontics!

Doctor West and his team are absolutely wonderful! They are caring and honest, and will walk you through the entire process with total transparency (which can be hard to find). My daughter is very sensitive but Dr West and the hygienists were so gentle, kind and helpful, they made it such a good experience for us and especially for my daughter. We couldn’t be any happier with the whole process and the outcome.

Speaking as someone who struggles with social anxiety, my experience here was an absolute joy. Dr. West and staff are very warm and welcoming, and most importantly kept me informed on everything and I never felt I had a dumb question. I have left family Orthodontics with a clearer smile both literally and figuratively.

Coming to this office is an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE! My son is having his braces done with Dr West and his experience couldn't be any better! They explain every step to him, which makes him even more comfortable and prepared. Our experience has been so incredible that Dr West will also be doing my orthodontic work as well as my daughters.

This office is great - the front office administration is very helpful and professional. I had an orthodontic assessment planned, but my son suddenly had a dental emergency and, although they had a full schedule, they fit my son in on the same day. The administration was very empathetic. We also had an assessment for braces. The Dr.was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. We will definitely go here for braces!

Great orthodontist office with very nice staff, clean environment, and very helpful. Came in after a dog ate my fancy retainer and they had a new one made very quickly and better than the previous one. Would highly recommend.

Dr. West is really awesome. He is really meticulous about your teeth and makes sure every angle of them look perfect. I had been wearing it for about two years and my teeth look amazing, and the staff are all really nice and friendly. I hate getting my teeth filed but Dr West was really nice when doing it even though I twitched like every five seconds not the best photo but yes they look nice

Both my daughters when they were young had orthodontic work with Dr West and the results were amazing. As young adults now they still have stunning smiles! Recently it was my turn as an adult. I had braces when I was young but over time my teeth had shifted and I just needed a touch up. Dr West did such an amazing job with my girls I knew he could fix my smile too. I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Family Orthodontics. Dr. West and his team are simply the best. They help you with every aspect of your orthodontic treatment plan. My insurance changed halfway through and his office staff quickly notified me of the changes and guided me with a plan of action. The dental staff is thorough, timely and very kind. (Tiffany rocks!) As a nurse practitioner I am very picky about my health care team and I cannot speak enough praises about my entire experience! Stop searching and go to Dr. West!
