I worked with psychiatric nurse Jessica Shutt at this practice for 5 years and I only left because I moved out of state. I couldn't have asked for better care. Jessica was kind, grounded, knowledgable, and really cared for my wellbeing. I will miss her very much and could not recommend her more.

I have gone to family psych for 2 years. I love this place because the staff is very helpful, and Kelly has been my saving grace. I would highly recommend Family friendly. Kelly is awsome and I would also recommend patience. The world does not evolve around you.

Worst staff ever! They don't care about you or your children! Do not go here unless you want to do there job for them or run out of medication!

If could give zero I would. I’ve been here for years and have been treated like nothing but garbage and I try to look on the brighter side but they do not care about your well being and just want money.

Do not go here. They do not answer the phones period and don’t bother to leave a voicemail no one will ever call you back. Find a real doctors office with an actual office staff

Do not put your mental health care in these peoples hands. Can’t get a hold of anyone, they misdiagnose you and then make you feel like the crazy one for having unusual symptoms. Took me off my anxiety medicine I have been on for over 20 years without weening me off. Put me on an antipsychotic that I never should have been on and had me stop taking that too. When I called for help to get back on my anxiety medicine they told me I needed to see a therapist. Two months of the worst pain going through withdrawals from the antipsychotic, felt like a junkie getting off drugs. Please do your research before making an appointment with this doctor.

The worst office staff ever. They don’t follow up on anything and then expect you to do their job. I spoke with this office for months about getting my child’s name corrected and each time they lied and told me it was corrected. When I requested medical records to provide to another agency the incorrect name was on the documents which leaves me trying to explain or justify the information is for this child because the information is not matching.they tell me he’s been coming to the office for a long time and they can’t update it. Today would have been his 3rd visit. But the kicker is they canceled my appointment today because she told me I have to provide lab results to her because she is not going to look them up because they weren’t automatically sent to her.

Good luck getting someone on the phone to make or cancel or re-schedule an appointment. I went there for 5 years and got someone on the phone when I called maybe twice. ALL other doctors offices I've been to answer the phone. It's kinda what businesses do. They answer the new patient line quick! What does that tell you.

Literally the rudest office staff we have dealt with. Also, I’ve never had another office insist on monthly visits for YEARS, despite lack of changes in medication. Clearly patient and parent experience is of no concern and the financial billing is at the heart of this practice.
