What an awful company! What awful customer service! I rented a gas bbq for a backyard party. Bbq delivered on time. That was the only positive. I hooked up the propane to the grill and it kept going out after a minute or 2. Driver came back and started grill. Driver leaves. Grill turned off. Few hours later I had 75 guests including I hired a professional chef to grill. He started grill. A minute later turned off. Started it again. Turned off. Again n again until we decided to use my own personal smaller bbq so we can cook the food for my guests.

I left a message on Sunday the day after the party to let them know grill did not work. No response. I called Monday am and spoke to someone and I was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes. No response. I just called again and after being put on Hold for 10 minutes, Mary, the manager basically told me there's nothing she can do. They can't control the wind. Not their problem their grill didn't work. Can you imagine? ! It was a bit breezy but a gorgeous night. That same wind didn't affect my grill. I asked Mary for the owner and her response was I can't give out that information I explained I would call my credit card company to cancel payment and will be writing these reviews. She said the owner wouldn't care. What kind of business owner wouldn't care?

If looking for any equipment, please go elsewhere. This company truly is unprofessional and lacks any business sense.

Ps.the grill was greasy and filthy upon delivery. But I was ignoring that and cleaned it myself.

I needed last minute car seat rentals for my niece and nephew that were coming into town today and I hesitated at first to rent them instead of buying and possibly donating them …. Thankfully not only am I so grateful I came across family rentals on Google but I’m so happy they exist! Not only was I able to get car seats, BUT was also able to get a hospital bed for my grandfather who of course decided to visit me last minute! …. When I tell you that the process of ordering EVERYTHING I needed in 1 place was so ridiculously simple! Ugh It was just so easy and the customer service was impeccable (chefs kiss) I was definitely impressed with the delivery and timing of how everything was dropped off and how quickly the hospital bed was put together! I definitely recommend family rentals as they do really treat you like family ……they put my needs as top priority (I’m hard to please) I definitely will be renting from them!

Rented car seats for a vacation online. Website specifically states they will deliver to airports (who else rents car seats but people flying into town?). Didn’t hear anything after the initial confirmation email, so called a day before the trip to figure out where the seats would be delivered. The lady said they do not deliver to airports. Asked why they didn’t notify me of that sooner and she had no answer. Now stuck flying with my own car seats. Not impressed at all.

I called the broward county number and someone picked up, didn't say a word, and then loudly hung up. Meaning I heard the phone hit the phone's console. Probably a sign they aren't very professional. Will gladly take my $$ elsewhere.

I rented 2 sets of golf clubs for 2 weeks. The clubs were in excellent condition and very clean. I can not say enough good things about the knowledgeable and kind staff at this place. I had to wait a while to pick them up and when I returned them because the ladies were on some phone calls with customers. During this time I was able to observe how good these people were at their jobs. They were very patient and polite with everyone. Employees like this are so hard to find. They are genuinely nice people. I hope they are well taken care of, if I was still in business I’d have tried to recruit them.
