Beware when you buy electronics from them. They know about the issues and don't allow you to test product in store. They just want your money. Cash only with no returns. Lesson learned, I will not buy and electronics in the future.

This place is big and has lots of stuff, definitely found cool stuff here. But the prices are crazy, different for every item, which is nice when things are less than $5 but majority of "decent" things are way over that, and then you have $25 shoes and purses, and $30 dresses with pilling. Theres no dressing rooms or mirrors ANYWHERE to see if you even like what you're about to buy, and to top it off you cant return, exchange, or get a refund. Absolutely insane for a thrift store that gets everything for free. Plus they staple the price tag on so lets hope that doesnt mess up the material.

Have only had great experiences here! Reasonably priced items that vary depending on quality (which makes sense). I was surprised to see negative reviews about the staff here. I’ve only ever been meet with kindness, and they are always helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here if you’ve been thinking about going to a thrift store in this area!

Great selection and prices are good but beware of ATM machine. After using ATM later that day the bank called me about fraud charges. This is the only place I used card. Beware of card scanners on machine.

Loved this place! Treasure hunt madness! Cash only! But there is an ATM inside of the store. Parking can be a little difficult sometimes.
Prices are really great, lots of stuff to choose from!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Employee saw my 2 year old daughter drop a bag of toys on floor when the bag split open because it was already torn and then once we picked up the toys and put them back into the broken bag to take to the front the same employee refused to sell me the bag of toys because the bag was broken. Very rude and unfriendly. Will not be back to this thrift store ever again.

Sadly it used to be my favorite place to shop. I will no longer recommend it to all my friends in Florida. First, they allow people to huddle around merchandise without allowing it to go on the racks. There are these white men waiting for merchandise and monopolizing items. If merchandise is without tag they will not sell it even if they have the same item with price and you bring it to them. The manager refused to talk to me even though I told the lady that I had come from south Florida far away. Terrible customer service. Not all of c9me to resell I come to buy things for personal and for my classroom.

I used to love this thrift store but costumer service is ridiculously bad. I went with my nephews and sister and they got upset because my little nephew accidentally opened a bag of toys and refused to sell them to me. He opened the bag at the register AND THEY SAW HIM DO IT and it’s ON CAMERA. They refused to sell me the little bag of toys after spending a long time in the store and refused to check cameras. She gave me a horrible attitude and it’s ridiculous. She also said that we could keep the one toy that was already out of the bag but we couldn’t buy the bag, so I finished paying for my items and left. They called us thief’s and proceed to say that they were going to call the police after telling us that we could keep that one toy that was already out of the bag. She also went to our car and took pictures of our car. Everything is just so ridiculous because we were going to buy the toys but they refused to sell them plus they never talked to us in a good way they were always rude.

More clothes than any thrift store I've seen can't try them on cash only ATM inside nice place

Store was very well organized, but.some items were ridiculously high marked (Torrid). Unfortunately I had a cart full of clothes before I realized it was a cash only store.ugh! Had to leave everything behind! I just don't get the cash only gig! So frustrating!

Cashier's are rude unhelpful every time. They don't say hello or even smile. They make customers do employees job by removing hangers. They have no returns policy and no dressing room. Snobby unfriendly only nice if your Hispanic. Bulky customers enjoying insulting offending them by refusing to sell items if bag is torn or without a tag. They will not help you even for a child to get a price or even plug in a lamp

Horrible.rude employees everytime I go, they stare at you and are very dismissive. I went with my friend and they got upset at us last time for not taking hangers off. He took the tags off at the register AND THEY SAW HIM DO IT and it’s ON CAMERA.they refused to sell me my items after spending a long time in the store and refused to check cameras. She gave me a horrible attitude and it’s ridiculous. I even asked if I could come back the next day after repriced or cameras are checked to purchase and they just looked at me and didn’t say anything. They were staring after we left and I was very upset and crying after I left because I had been looking forward to it. After hurricane Ian and all this I wouldn’t except this treatment. I jus needed clothes. Love this store because all the clothes but service and management is absolutely horrible and I will be reporting to the better business bureau. Not to mention EVERY other review is 0 stars and says “horrible customer service”.

Came in for one thing and since it was a couple of cents the cashier said they’ll pay for it and not have me break a bill. Awesome customer service. I just gave the bill as a tip.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I bought only green and white tagged iteams on those tickets sale days! As well as Red and I realized when I drove off I payed full price for all the iteams and then I realized they didn’t give me my receipt and so I called them up and explained to the lady and she told me “I don’t get paid enough I have a customer here” and then Hangs up me. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Also the ATM they ask you to use because it’s cash only looks like someone took it apart and is using a card scanner! Stay AWAY!
