I will probably always buy my appliances at Famous Tate. We've gotten our fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer set with extended warranties for a very reasonable price. The people on the sales floor are always pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to get you what you want not just make a sale. I believe Paul was our salesman twice and he was great! The delivery of our new and pick up of our old machines was also wonderful. The gentlemen were quick yet careful and made it all around a smooth process. Very pleased.

I bought a new refrigerator and stove for a kitchen remodel. Carl was the salesman. He's a good guy to talk to if you need an appliance.

I bought my washer and dryer here 13 yrs ago. I had such a good experience I went back when it was time to get another pair. They didn't disappoint. Great service from start to finish!

I bought a refrigerator at Famous Tate and when it was delivered it had way more dents and scratches than what I saw on the day of purchase. Even though I was purchasing a scratch and dent fridge I was not going to pay that much for a fridge with so many dents and scratches like I said that was not shown to me. Buyers be aware of what you’re buying. Let the sales person pull the fridge, stove or whatever appliance out from amongst the rest so you can see every inch of that thing before you buy.

Had a great experience with replacing our dishwasher at Famous Tate - everything went smoothly from the purchase to the installation. They always do a great job!

My dryer stopped working. I called Famous Tate on Thursday to order a new one. They had it delivered and installed by Saturday! Excellent service.

They have great prices and management and employees are real friendly and will do their best to answer any questions you have

We walked in looking for a new washer and dryer, and the salesman took us down to the scratch and dent as soon as we asked. There was no pushy sales tactics and he doing exactly what we were looking for, and got us a great deal. They hauled away our old appliances and installed the new ones quickly and efficiently. We had a small issue with the washer that was fixed quickly at no cost. Overall we had a great experience.

I needed a refrigerator and I live on a fixed income and the salesman who help me was wonderful and I ended up buying a scratch and dent refrigerator. However, I also wanted to say that the two young men that delivered my fridge were extremely respectful, and I couldn’t ask for more!

My main Famous Tate account manager did a great job. My new appliance was back ordered. He gave me regular updates on the expected delivery date. The two delivery men were excellent.

Very impressed with Famous Tate. Did all my shopping online and had a helpful online chat with their folks. The price of the washer I wanted was lower than that from a discount warehouse, even with the $20 fee to pick up my tired old machine. Delivery and installation was fast, efficient, and careful. I'll be a regular customer of theirs.
