This place has nice people who do good work however they do not specialize in more intricate designs for nails just more simple things.

This place is a hit and miss. Not all do a good job. Some will asked you if they're doing a good job and others simply don't care, and if you say anything about the job been done they just brush it up. I've come here a couple of times and everytime is more disappointing than the last. I only like the convenience of the proximity to my place.

Worst customer service ever.had an appointment for 3 and i waited almost 2 hours and i was never seen.they took walk-ins and later appointments before me.when i told them i had been waiting the only response i got was “someone will help you soon” but no one ever did.i had to make an appointment for another place while i was there and ended up leaving.they don’t care about your time and are extremely rude! If they were too busy then they should have told me before hand and not have my waste my mf time

These are the best nails I’ve ever had done in my life! They are so pretty and so well done and exactly how I wanted them, I am very happy ️

This was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I went in with coffin shaped nails. One of my nails had a tip on it because I’ve been growing it out for a few months because it broke previously. I asked the nail lady to cut all of my nails to the link of the shortest now which was about a little past my nailbed. But definitely enough to still have the coffin shape. She filed all of my nails down crooked. When I told her they were crooked, she then began to file them more. Still crooked. By the end of it I have no nail past my nailbed and they’re still crooked. I finally told her I would Go home and file the rest down myself. She had such an attitude when I told her that they were crooked she kept rolling her eyes at me. She kept apologizing but still filing them crooked. The part that makes me so upset is that she still expected me to pay Full price for nails that look absolutely horrible. I will never go back.

Very good pedicure. Had the tools in sterile packages. Not sure if they recycle toe spacers, I think she put them back in drawer. And they can be a little too aggressive on toes. Otherwise, the best pedicure I've had in a long time.

I recommend Cici or Lee! This applies to all salons but make sure the color you have on your nails matches the color you initially selected!

Worst nail salon I've ever been too in my life. It seems like the staff goes out of there way to be rude and obnoxious to the customers. Not to mention the way they handle your hands so rough while working on your nails. They dont seem to care if they hurt you with the drill or anything. My nail tech rushed me to sit at his station upon entering the shop, while I was still trying to decide on a color, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. He wore his air pods in his ears, talking on the phone the entire time i was getting my nails done, and never paid attention when I was clearly jumping back and saying "ouch", every time he hurt my nails. Oh and by the way he was doing my nails faster than the speed of light. Which I mentioned x2. And I stated that I was uncomfortable with him doing my nails in such a rush. But of course he didnt care. And last but not least they nickel and dime you for everything. There is a separate charge for cutting the nails, filing the nails, and removing old polish, on top of the charges for the fullset, gel color, pedicure etc. Needless to say it is very easy to spend over 100$ there.

This is the first time going and the best place I’ve ever been to. Lee was so precise and paid attention to every detail. Getting the pedicure was so relaxing I almost feel asleep. I also did the French dip which came out beautiful. I can’t say enough great things about the place. It is a little pricey but well worth it. I will be going back and most definitely recommend this place.

Terrible.the service is horrible. I tried it 3 time.not once I was satisfied with the actitud or the service.made an appoinment and had to wait an hour. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL!

Was very unhappy when I left Fanci nail salon. The prices are really outrageous and the staff is pushy. I got a basic pedicure ($27) and I was charge an additional $18 for gel polish. I think that price is outrageous. Will not be coming back. There are other salons in the area that do a great job for a more reasonable price.

Nails looked great when finished! Salon was clean but warm in there- Nail Tech was not terribly friendly- prices are higher than most places

I’m very happy with Kim’s attention to detail and taking her time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted! I’ve been going here for awhile and just never got around to writing a review. The place is always clean and can get busy.but that’s probably bc they are all so good at what they do! Stop by and check them out!

This is a really good place, it looks beautiful inside and they’re pretty clean. A wide selection of colors in nail polish, gel and dip powders.

I usually always use Kathy when i go but she is out for maternity. But they still did such an awesome job! They always so professional and clean!

I am so in love with my sns nails! My girl Mia is amazing! Everyone was super friendly and really cool! I will definitely go back again!
