Fancy Grooming, Hialeah FL

Leo is amazing. He has been grooming our 3.4lbs maltipoo since she was a puppy. (6 years now) what is unacceptable is the owner’s attitude to long term clients. We started out paying $45 per service and recommended them to three of our friends who all have different breeds. Now they have increased our price to $65 saying it is because of our dog’s breed while they continue charging our friends the $45 price. This is not about the price. This is about the inconsistency and attitude she has via text, along with lack of explanation. She acts as if she is doing us a favor when she is providing a service. The only thing that has kept us with them is how great Leo is with our dog.

I don’t know where to start. I have been taking Whiskey to this company for a long time and I don’t know what happened this time, but we asked for his hair to be trimmed but not like this. This is not a hair cut, I don’t know how to call what they did to my dog. He had a lot of hair to do a beautiful haircut and this is horrible, I’m still in shock. I started crying the moment I saw him. I just can’t believe it. They have to ask for authorization before doing this kind of looks. I’m extremely disappointed.
