My experience with the company is good. They give me the opportunity without experience and I really appreciate it. As a bilingual costumer service representatives. In Fanueil we are family. Thanks

The latest troubling report comes from from Daytona’s WESH. The station reported Friday that just 2% of calls to a state-contracted unemployment call center were actually answered.

The center, run by the Fanuiel company on a $17 million emergency contract, received 864,000 calls last week. Only 9,000 of them were actually answered, the station reports.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. Pay is okay. No real benefits for employees. They have 1 coffee machine and they make you pay for it. I’ve never worked for a call center like this seems like they are learning how to really be a call center and allow anyone to be promoted to supervisor/team lead.

Fanuil is a company where they don't give you a break or lunch breaks! They have managers and supervisors who will tell your personal business to other employees that jeopardize your safety of your life! They will not take any action before hand on any employees who threatening your life who have already been aware of the situation. There have been many accidents and situations where a couple of employees have been shot at by another employee and there friends and nothing has been done. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR YOUR LIFE WILL BE AT RISK!

This job is very unprofessional, well i shouldnt say the job more like the people, especially John Holliday, who works for WEC contract as the operations manager. Hes doesnt know how to talk to ppl, he fired someone through text TWICE, and then didnt submit their time in order for them to recieve their last check! After he told the person the check would be there.this job is janky and they only care about what THEY need you to do for their business!

I just got hired here I don't know if I'm gonna be able to work here though. It seems like a non-graduate position.

Got hired, HR seems a bit under staffed, but those gals ran and worked their butts off processing 16 new hires from all walks of life. Facilitator Justeena kept everything moving at a good place.

This had to be one of the worst jobs I have ever worked in my entire life. I applied as an on call toll collector. Not only was training for a mere 2 days, but my trainer was asleep 80% of the time during my training, and when occurrences would happen while I was in training he just let me get yelled at by the customers. Another thing is, I didn't have reliable transportation half of the time, I would call their service center *boom* "call-out", my car broke down and I called their service center (again) *boom* "call-out" now I know why people don't want to work for you guys. For only $9.11 you call people at the ass crack of dawn to pick up shifts that other people couldn't pick up, and then mark it as an attendance inquiry. You guys are having a mass hire, what you should do is keep your "senior collectors" and stop putting out ads. You guys are ridiculous, unorganized, and definitely a temporary source of income. And anyone that even wants to fathom working here, I'll make sure I get to them before you guys do just so I can tell them how much of a terrible place to work for Faneuil is.

This place is crazy. I would not recommend working at this company especially at the Western Beltway location. There's a bitter Woman by thr name of Anne Schneider. She is really nasty towards people. During orientation and training they tell you not to let anyone touch the money in your drawer. However, this woman clearly doesn't understand or comprehend this. She always has her hand in my damn drawer which pisses me off because she tries to tell me how to organize the money that I'm handling. When she gets mad at you, she doesn't want to come up to give you your break that is mandatory. She harasses me on the phone constantly even when customers are at the window. I would never want anyone to work in a place like this.

The worst place too work. They only care about their people in office. I rather not work than keep working for this horrible business. They give you hours than change your shifts without a notice, Then expect you to work doubles too make up your hours. They need new people and a new name for this company.
