Fansy Nails, Royal Palm Beach FL

I'm extremely sad and disappointed in the entire experience in entirety. I asked for a simplistic service. I requested a basic Mani Pedi. I wound up paying $40 leaving with nothing I asked for because the manicure and pedicure weren't completed at all. I left with horrible looking cuticles on my hands and my nails. $40 to put my hands in cold water while forcefully and painfully rip off my pollygell. I went home and did them by myself and they came out beautiful. I'm highly disappointed.nI will be going back for a refund. Hopefully the business ethics is better than their workmanship. Once I receive a refund I will edit my review.

Kim is amazing! She did such a good job on my nails! She takes her time and made sure my nails were perfect! Customer service is also amazing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My nails look terrible! They are bulky, I was cut on my toes (never happened in life) and all across ny fingers. There are traces of blood in my toe nail polish from the man painting over the wound he caused. Im far from happy and will never come here again.

Kim is great Highly recommend she is very sweet and great at what she does make sure you make an appointment don’t just walk in! Overall she’s great make sure to go to her you won’t regret it!

After a truly amazing experience, I felt highly compelled to review this nail salon. Kim, the owner, immediately greeted my daughter, 12, and I with such a genuine smile and kind attitude. She offered us a wide variety of colors and brands of gel and dip powder to start. Kim made my daughter and I feel as though we were her customers for years. She was very meticulous when designing our nails. She did not finish until our nails looked perfect! I felt very comfortable to tell Kim if I wanted her to change a design or redo a nail and she gladly did. The entire salon was clean, organized, and the tools were sanitized. I will be a customer for life!

They are very nice in there. I walked in but was there while many people checked in. There is a charming quality to this mail salon. People clearly like the nail techs and wait. I just needed a quick thing but if I got my nails done regularly is try them out. The owner is exceptionally nice.

This nail salon is most probably the most reasonably priced in the area. I have never seen a nail salon with better prices! Kim is the owner and she is extremely sweet. She just purchased new gel colors and theres probably over 100 different colors. Make sure to call beforehand to make an appt!

I have been a pedicure client of Tina for years. There have been quite a few owners, Kim being the most recent. I asked her why she does not have any of the new colors. She looked at my nails and told me “ if you get your nails done here I will buy new polish” seriously? I have a spa pedicure every month for $ 35.00 plus tip. Today I went back in, because I like Tina and Jewels, and I brought my own polish. When I showed her she laughed at me walked away and proceeded to tell me “ that many clients bring their own polish”. I do not want to punish the employees by not going in but I am really struggling with this one.
How does a nail salon not restock their polish? She told me to use gel, there new!

Today June 1st I came to the Fansy Nails in Royal Palm Beach to get my nails done. The owner of this store name is Kim, she did my nails to perfection. Kim takes the time and effort to do the best job on nails or whatever you come in for perfectly. I recommend to anyone to call Kim and make an appointment because she’s in high demand for her work. In her store she’s has too many new regular and gel colors for nails, you might even want to wear matching colors for mani and pedi’s.

In reference to Valerie Gerold a costumer of Tina came to Fansy Nails with her own personal nail polish bottle. She demanded for the Owner Kim to pay money back to her for a nail polish that she bought from a nail supply store for personal use. She was very rude and nasty to Kim and is lying her experiences by spreading lies about the salon and owner Kim. Don’t believe her because My whole family has been coming to Kim at this salon and I’ve never had a problem.

Please call Fansy Nails and make a appointment with Kim and I promise you will not regret it. She is very sweet and detail oriented and will do the best work on your nails. You will love all the new colors that are there. They are very vibrant and breathe taking.
