Elijah was AWESOME! And Tom was also! Love this store! The service was THE BEST! I got my 75 gal tank and stand. Tom ordered my Sicce Shark internal filters and I pick them up tomorrow! I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to stop by this quaint shop and support the MOM and Pop Stores!

They had lots of knowledge. Not pushy on sales, just extremely helpful with decisions. Will definitely go back. Oh and I loved the cat showing us around and keeping us company while we looked.

The prices for almost everything here are generally below what you would get on Amazon or Petsmart. They carry a large selection of fish, plants, and food as well as a massive inventory of cheap, used tanks. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you whether you are experienced or new to the hobby. If you want to get into fishkeeping, check here before Petsmart and Petco!
The only negatives would have to do with the building itself being quite old and worn-out. I would like to see some repairs done on the building, but the great prices and large inventory make up for these issues that are only cosmetic.

The owner and helper were super nice. Went there and found big live plants for my fish tank, was the third store but found what I wanted here.

Owner was very helpful and the prices are great got my girl, Penelope (yellow bellied slider) a LARGE floating dock, some feeder fish and a few other things.tried to get a 40 gallon tank stand, but it was a no go, after 3 stores

I’m just now coming around to leave a review. I bought a couple of different cichlids even though I went against my better judgment. They had a a large selection but I saw dead fish in a few tanks. Not great customer service either I felt like the gentleman was trying to just rush me out of the store. The fish ended up dying in my tank and getting my other fish sick. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Best selection around for fish and plants! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The only place to go if your just starting out or have been keeping fish for a long time.

Best place to get fish and any aquarium needs! Prices are unbeatable and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Last time I was here they gave me a really good deal on some fish and they have a wide selection of fish, tanks, supplies and food! All my fish I’ve bought from here are still alive and thriving. Also the cat is pretty cool

I love this place, you can get anything you need, part you can't get anywhere else, used tanks and stands of all sizes and shapes as well as new ones

I feel I should leave a review after having visited this place. While the selection was very large, and the staff that was a very nice and knowledgeable man, and the cat was incredibly sweet. I feel that this place is in dire need of some tender loving care. It looks nothing like the pictures that are currently listed here, it's very unkept. There are dead fish in every other tank, the ceiling tiles are falling down possibly from a leak in the roof which is what's causing the mildew smell. Not going to say anything about the saltwater section as it's being redone so theres nothing to see there currently.
I feel that this place could be a wonderful place to shop at and the bulk food prices are wonderful, but the owner needs to get some friends and family together that are willing to help bring the place back to the way it was when it first opened. I would even go as far as to say move to a new location entirely and start over, as this current building seems like it's falling apart. This place would have gotten only one star from me if it wasn't for the fact that the gentleman working at the table, a older heavier fellow, was incredibly knowledgeable and knows his stuff about fish and also very nice.
Unfortunately no amount of good customer service can excuse the total disrepair that the store is currently going through.
The prices are very good and there's a large selection but you're not going to be impressed with the way the store looks.

Ok I have been a fish keeper for 30 years. I have recently decided to do a goldfish aquarium. This shop has been good to me in the past. I got a wrasse from him that lasted years. I found a bubbleye goldfish and a panda telescope in his goldfish tank. Purchased both 30.00 total. Totally fine prices. Within 2 days both were dead. I have not contacted the owner to see if I can get a credit yet and it was partially my fault because the goldfish tank did have some sick looking fish in it and a few dead so I should have passed but I didn't. So the question is. Do you offer a refund or credit when this happens. I would love to come back in. [email protected]. I'll let you all know the outcome.

We walked in and was taken back by the smell of mold/mildew. We got some some fish from here and not even a week later our whole tank got ick and lost over $300 in fish. The pet cat was cool until we saw her drinking straight out of the fish tanks that had fish in them. The owner wasn’t that friendly either. Very run down and disappointed with the quality. Wouldn’t recommend getting fish from here or plants

Varied assortment of fish, exotic and basic. The owner was upfront with me and told me he was treating one of his tanks for ich, which many pet stores will not tell me the fish are sick, even though they are clearly dying

Good selection and variety of fish are always coming through the store. I always see something new when I visit. Hardscape is relatively plentiful, good selection of large and small driftwood but somewhat pricey. They have several kinds of popular decor stone. Many used tanks on offer as well. The store usually has a decent live plant selection as well as several hard to find medications. The only downside is it's somewhat unkept. Tanks could be cleaner and lighting could definitely be improved upon. Owner is very nice and knowledgeable. This is my go-to local fish store, even though it's an hour from my home.
