Marissa is absolutely amazing. Was referred by a mutual friend because I just moved to the area and looking for someone. SHE DID THE BEST JOB.would recommend to anyone.

Tiffany was amazing! I usually have complaints about my hair being cut too short, but not this time! I'll definitely go back and see Tiffany again!

I went in today because my hair was getting a little to long for my liking and the lady that served me was coughing practically on me and blew her nose with a rag and put it on the counter and proceeded to cut my hair with out washing her hands, while she was cutting my hair she didn’t spray my hair with water and the clippers got caught in my hair as a result was pulling my hair out of my scalp but sprayed my hair when she was using the scissors: (after everything she asked if my hair was to my liking and I said it looks perfect just so I can pay and leave and be more prone to just learning how to cut my own hair

Took my girls there for back to school hair cuts and Tim was awesome with my youngest. I want to say her name was Cindy she did my older girls she did an amazing job definitely going back soon.

Big shout out to Tiffany. She did a fantastic job on my hair. I'm definitely coming back to see her. She is amazing

Terrible haircut. Never even touched the front of my hair (bangs area). Never spoke to me throughout the haircut.
If you go in with low expectations you'll still be disappointed!

Marissa is the best stylist I have ever met. She is so kind and patient and does a great job with my hair. I’ve had other stylists make me feel bad about how thick and curly my hair is and one stylist who works somewhere else (not for any FS franchise) made the comment that she no longer wanted to do my hair because it’s too much to handle, I was talking to Marissa about that and she showed so much empathy towards me. I always make sure to book with Marissa because she does exactly what I’m looking for and always goes above and beyond and NEVER rushes on my hair. Marissa has so much experience and Fantastic Sams is so lucky to have her. Thank you Marissa for always making me feel beautiful, not only from the haircut and styles, but just making me feel beautiful with your kind words. I will never go anywhere else but to see Marissa.

Tim did an awesome job! My hair needed some much needed TLC and he did great with it! I love how it turned out! I also want to mention Shelby for doing such a good job for my daughter's first haircut and making it special for us!

I recently moved to citrus county and was looking for someone to fix a really bad haircut that I had gotten previously at a different salon. I explained to my stylist Tim, that I'd like my hair to be evened out and to freshen up my layers. He asked if I'd like my hair washed and I did. He left soap or conditioner in my hair by my ear when he washed it. I didn't realize it until it was too late. We go to the chair to do the cut and he just starts chopping at my hair. Not combing it all the way thru, not sectioning it out properly and proceeds to make my hair WAY WORSE than when I came in. He put some product in my hair but only in the crown area and didn't work it thru my hair. No styling or shaping of it to make the curls look good. Just plopped it on my crown and that's it.

I also asked for a wax on my chin and neck in a small area. He laid the wax in the right direction, the way my hair grows but pulled it off the same direction. That's wrong. Surprisingly no hair was removed. Again, I didn't realize that until I was already back home. The lighting in there was bad so I couldn't see anything in the mirror he gave me.

For someone who says they have worked there for 16 years, you would think they could give a damn and do a fabulous job. Nope!

My layers are so jacked up and disconnected, the left side is way longer than the right (that was my issue in the first place). It was just BAD. I went today to have my hair fixed again and it was done correctly this time. It's gonna take some time for the layers on my right side to grow long enough to match the left. She did the best she could do with what was left of this mess.

I have been here several times and have never been disappointed! It is a clean, well-managed salon with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have worked with 4 different stylists and all were great! Today I had Tim as my stylist & he gave me a new haircut, color, and highlights and I love it!

Marissa is amazing! She always knows what I want even if I can't explain it.lol. She is talented in all areas not only does she cut, highlight and style my hair but she also does my boys hair as well. If you don't have her as your stylist you are missing out

I got extensions for the first time ever done by Marissa & I am OBSESSED with it. I will NEVER go back to my natural short hair. I also got colored framing pieces. It was reasonably priced for both! Thank you so so much! Before & after pictures also.
