Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Pinellas Park FL

The lady who has the station closest to the fish tank is awful. I wanted to turn her into the state, but you can’t read her license.which is probably on purpose. I had my hair cut here for years. Every few months I’d get stuck with her because the others were busy. Her station is filthy, and every time I went in, she told me the same sob story about her husband having a stroke. I understand to a degree, but after hearing it for the 12th time (because she doesn’t remember me, despite me being a regular) it’s frustrating. The final straw was sitting down in her chair and seeing a comb on the counter with hair in it (red curly hair with gray roots), knowing she hadn’t cleaned it. She turned me towards the window and started to comb my hair. She turned me back toward the mirror, where I could see that she’d picked up that comb and used it on my hair without sanitizing it.

Mai is awesome. Took my old tired hair to a fantastic level of new color and highlights. My best look ever.

I got a great haircut they even offered to give my bangs a trim and only cut off what i asked for. The prices are good too

This location is okay. There was confusion about our appointment, and they caused my boyfriend to bleed on his neck. Everyone was very friendly though.

They cut off my grand daughter's hair! I'm so glad I chose to bring her to Mai. He knew exactly what she wanted. She is only 6. It looks great on her too.

Kim not so good, she was trying to convince a girl that she was going to be so cute with a short cut that will need a lot of maintenance, after she made my eyebrows almost nonexistent.
Although my trim from the guy (not sure what his name was) was perfect, I will be finding somewhere else for my eyebrows. If they ever grow back

Our 13 year old son has gorgeous thick hair and the owner, Mai.has styled his perfect FADE for over a year now. Mai is impeccable but FAST, and my son won't let anyone else touch his hair! Thank you Mai!

Stopped in to get moms hair done and while I was there I spotted a gorgeous blond so I decided to have her cut my hair her name is Ashley and she did a great job I now look half way presentable for my nieces wedding, thanks again fantastic sams

So horrible! I have no training and have cut my sons hair so much better than what they did! It is awful, uneven and made my son upset. Never again! Please go anywhere else! This is my first review on anything, it was just that bad and disappointing!

Totally unprofessional. Person did not know what they were doing.made it look even worse. Am not ever going back and I would highly recommend you get your hair done somewhere else.

Awful! DON'T GO HERE! Went to get my hair dyed a light auburn its fire truck red with orange roots. I even told him my roots were a different color and he said u can't get them the same color as my hair! They don't know what they are doing!

Terrible! ! Brought my client here for a color and cut. Patty took care of her she started off very rude my client told her she wanted a bright red patty insisted every red was to bright for her and chose a bright orange color instead! Our total came out to 85$ my client gave her $120 she did not even mention it to us she over paid she tried to pocket her money as a tip. Terrible service I would NOT recommend!
