Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Largo FL

Iv been going here for the past 3 years and was always satisfied BUT I got the worst haircut the last time I was there. I have never hated a cut as much as I do for this one. I told her a trim in back and she cut the whole style I had.

Why waste money at high priced salons when you can go to a nice salon with reasonable prices and get the same quality color/ cuts? ! The salon is clean, and comfortable! Barbara Spang is the best! She is very personable and does quality work! I have been going to her for years, and I am always satisfied with my color and cut when I leave the salon.

The key to awesome hair is having a stylist who learns your hair’s strengths and weaknesses and knows how to cut/color it for your best look. Barbara has been my stylist for years, and I’m never disappointed! She’s great about telling me what will or won’t look good, and she works hard to stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques. If you want great hair, you should definitely go see Barbara Spang at Fantastic Sams in Largo!

I had my friend Brandie who works there give me blond highlights in my hair, which I've wanted for a while, and I almost cried when I saw how they came out. It came out so much better than I thought it would and now I have a whole new hairstyle to match the new color. I've never felt more confident than this before and honestly I couldn't recommend anyone else to do something like this.

Barbara always does a great job! I get lot of compliments on my cut and highlights. She has become a friend because she also genuinely cares about what is happening in my life. I also have gone back before for something to be fixed and she did it with a smile! The 4 and not 5 is just because sometimes i have had to wait even if I ha a n apt but I do understand that it is a very busy business trying to accomodate walkins or other patrons that might have been late for their apt's.

Today was the last day i will ever go there again. I was there earlier and as all the stylist were standing around doing nothing i was told i needed an appointment, fine but two hours later, show up to my appointment and still all standing around doing nothing and make me wait for someone i have never seen before rather than the the same women i asked for. But this was the 3rd time this location has disappointed me. And the last.

I was disappointed for my friend who had her hair color messed up. We ladies need good hairdressers especially as a former model.

I went in for color and cut. The cut was great but the coloring was horrible. The dye was not washed out completely and I have dye all over the back of my neck. The color on top was much lighter than the rest of my hair. I will never go back to this salon again.

My hairdresser Carly is the best!
She always takes the time to figure out what I would like done.
She’s professional, always happy never ever gets upset!
I truly love her! I’d be so upset if she ever left.
I only wish I could book appointments further out than 5 days!

Jessica is a great stylist. She does exactly what I want with color and cut. Everyone is friendly and the shop is spotless

My wife Brenda and I have been going to Carly in the Largo store for over 3 years now. We've never had bad service and have always love our visit. The staff are very friendly. Recently Carly hit it out of the park with the color and style she did for my wife.
As long as Carly is there, we will be there!

Used the online check in which is a totally Awesome feature, quick & easy. Only wish that they would send you a reminder email. I forgot my time and had to call to Bob to confirm.

Was the worst hair cut I ever had so uneven rushed everything didn't even wipe the hair off after the cut just told me I was done worst place to go

Carrie tried to cut a side bang and cut a huge chunk in the middle of my bangs to only 2 inches long. I told her I would try to work with it. I really just didn't want HER to cut anything to try and fix it. I talked to Bob the owner who made me an appointment to see the manager and Carrie to see what they wanted to do to compensate me for my missing chunks of hair in the middle of my forehead and some uneven hail color from improper saturation. They were not ready at my appointment time. They didn't want to examine the rest of my head to see if the color needed to be reapplied in more than just the one spot I could see. The manager did not want to compensate me for my horrible haircut, i.e, free styling products, or free hair cuts/ during the 2-3 months it will take for my bang to grow back to a length that I will not be embarrassed to be seen in public. All the manager wanted to do was cut more length off my bangs. She said it "was an easy fix. " I finally relented and told the manager I would let her, the manager fix it, she said Carrie would have to cut it. That is the only way Carrie would learn. They still made me wait and after I calmed down enough, I had been crying, I left. Carrie was not going to touch my hair ever again. I usually don't post bad reviews, but I also had a lopsided haircut from Carly as well. If I could post a pic of how horrible this looked I would. I went home and razor cut the bangs into a deep sweeping side part on the opposite side. Stay far away from this chop shop!

Leah is amazing. Did my hair, answered the phone and had a conversation with me all within the 10 minutes it took her to cut my hair. Excellent multi Tasker.

Went in for a bayalage, she basically threw bleach all over my hair and that was it. It was awful and my hair got badly damaged.

The staff is always up with great diversity in cutting style with my hair. All my hair cuts no matter the staff member has been awesome.

I took my wife here. She koves this salon. We are new to the area. Well actually we are snowbirds. We come in the summers to use our boat. The family loves Clearwater beach.
