I reached out to Far Out Solutions on several occasions and regarding various issues with our office equipment. The always respond in a timely manner and provide us with great support. There was an ongoing issue with our scanner and after the problem was detected Jamer followed up and ensured that everything was working and running smoothly. Since I am not a very computer savvy person I really appreciate that Jamer can either log into my computer to trouble shoot the issues or on another occasion they sent a technician on site to help us diagnose the problem. Great service!
