Serviceman TJ was prompt to my A/C unit appointment, friendly and respectable. He went over everything he would be doing and reported my unit is working great. I will definitely be using their services again.

TJ came to the rescue! Figured out our AC issue and solved the problem in no time! We appreciated how fast he was out to us also!

Caked in the morning about a broken drain pipe and leakage through the ceiling. They were there in the afternoon.

Last night our AC we out. I checked all the normal stuff. Drain line, fan running, etc. Turned the unit off and used fans for the night. Called Farrell this morning and they were here in no time. They were able to fix the problem and my AC is back and running cool. The techs were nice and polite as all the Farell divisions of the company. A+ service.

Came home to hot house, called Farrell and two great servicemen were at the house in about an hour! Needed freon! Great to work with! Highly recommend!

I've been using Farrell for years. They never disappoint. They are more than fair in their pricing. Goose is so kind - and he always comes very quickly when I call. No need to use any other company (I also like their plumbing and electrical departments). The following is an older review I made.

Farrell never disappoints. Another company gave me an estimate of $5,900, saying my a/c was old, made in china, and shot. Fortunately, Goose shot right over and in ten minutes had the A/C running perfectly - it was simply a fuse. The unit is made in the US, for one thing. It's not THAT old - and it was only a FUSE!

My go-to A/C moving forward. Have used Farrell a few times now and they are always on time, pleasant and reasonable. Highly recommend!

As always, Goose makes sure that our rescue is taken care of very quickly. There's no reason to go anywhere other than Farrell. TJ and his sidekick were professional, kind, and did a great job.
The work is always reasonably priced and quickly done.
