Their customer service (James) was easy to contact and was very helpful in setting up a robust and affordable access system for our building.

Purchased a liftmaster la500, mag lock and keypad from them. Great customer service and fast shipping. Very available via phone and email. The LA500 box was damaged and a few items were missing upon delivery. The employees were extremely helpful turning the issue into a quick resolution and the missing parts arrived a few days after the original package. I will definitely be using them again for any/all gate and security related purchases.

I was actually surprised with the level of customer service. Very friendly on the phone. My ordered shipped and arrived much faster than I expected. There were some small items in back order which was communicated and very understandable in this environment. Overall very happy.

Please be aware of this company and there shipping procedures. We purchased a gate for $155 but we paid $237 to ship it. We did not check it the directly when the truck dropped it off. Once we did open it we found the scratches in the attached pictures. You can see they were from the way the pole was packaged. The staples that keep the 2 boxes together were scraping against the paint on pole for the whole shipping process. I called once it was discovered. They said they would have it picked back up and would review it in there shipping depart. If it was legit they would refund us.

I ordered and paid for a 2nd barrier because we need one. It was delivered but no one picked up my damaged one. I decide to call and check on the pick up process and now they are saying we have to pay to ship it back for a refund or I can get 50% credit of the original gate. I already ordered another gate and I will not use this company ever again.

So if some is brave enough to use them I have a 50% credit for you. Good Luck
