I had a piece break in my necklace and took it here it took them almost an hour, like 45mins to fix. I paid $35 and got home for my husband to put the necklace and the clapps was broke.are you serious! So now it's either take it back for them to fix or purchase a new necklace. Brandon mall location.

I brought my grandfather’s watch from the 1940s that hadn’t worked in over 30 years to see what could be done for it. Luis seemed genuinely honored to be working on something that meant so much to someone. He was very friendly and communicative through the entire process. I’m honestly shocked at how amazing my watch looks and works, given its age. I couldn’t be happier. Many, many thanks!

I needed a watch band replaced on a Smart watch. I have arthritis and my manual dexterity is weak. The young man at the Brandon location swapped bands in something like 10 seconds. He was very personable and professional and did a great job. He did not want to charge me a fee but I told him he has the skills that I don’t have and tipped him. He was very appreciative and told me to come back any time if there were any issues. Great service and I will be back.

Another jewelry store tried to exchange my watch bands, but she was only able to get 1 of the pins in. I had a tiny 6mm pin missing in my watch. Fast-Fix charged me $16.11 to put the tiny 6mm. I asked why he charged so much, and he had the audacity to say it was difficult to put it in. Highway robbery.it took no time to put the pin in! Never again! They lost a customer!

WASTE OF MONEY! All they had to do was open the hoops and relink them its a ROLO chain. Instead they burned it into a smushed blob, didn't attempt to make it blend, didn't attempt to even make it look good. My jewelry is 14k gold plated silver and has faded over the time ive had it and from chlorine pools but it still shined. Whatever they did to my necklace made it dull, scraped and splotchy. After that nightmare I took it home and fixed it myself with tweezers. I have no experience with what they do but the fact mine looks almost seemless and theirs looks like a 4 year old did it says alot about their craftsmanship.

Best place ever! They fitted my ring fixed 4 necklaces & 3 bracelets for an amazing price & cleaned all my jewelry beautifully! I recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pieces

Needed a battery and 2 links removed. Was told to come back 30 minutes. When I returned, my watch was still not done. I watched him take care of battery and links in 5 minutes. Charged me 42.00 and the battery died 3 days later. Go somewhere else, they are scandalous

They are quiet busy but they do any excellent job on watches and eye glasses. If you can't find someone to replace the battery in your watch Fast Fix is the place to go. Prices are very reasonable. Great job guys

After some of the reviews I read I was so nervous to come here but I’m so glad I did! I had a ring that has been well loved and was scratched and scuffed so badly that it was annoying to look at and I brought it in to he polished and clean and they exceeded my expectations. I haven’t seen this ring look as good as it does now since the day I bought it! The two gentlemen were also polite and the service was quick. It was a bit pricey for a polish but given how well they did I’d happily pay that price again. Thank you guys so much!

I'd definitely go back. I decided on this place because I needed a quick turnaround and my normal spot typically takes about a week to do my repairs. Matt was super polite and helpful. He quoted me a price and told me it would be about an hour wait. The amount was the same when I picked it up (plus tax of course) and the necklace was done in a little over an hour. The link on my necklace needed to be soldered. There was a slight issue when I received my jewelry back. The area that was soldered now had a slight sharp edge. I pointed it out and the manager jumped in and had it fixed right away. Took about and additional 10 mins for them to smooth it out. Necklace looks like new and they shined it up for me.

Great place, very professional and trust worthy. They worked on a gold bracelet and replaced a capacitor on an old citizen eco drive watch. They even warranty their work!

They have had my $700+ watch since October 4,2022!

I have not gotten any report of the repair status at any time in spite of having paid for complete new works for this watch, something I have never had to do before with any of my many watches throughout my long life. No explanation was ever given for such a requirement.

There are several other watches missing too.

I cannot suggest in any way that these are good business practices from this company.

Additionally they won't even share the owner's full name.

WHY?

My rating is being held in abeyance until these issues are resolved.
Hopefully, the owner will correct
these difficiancies so that my
rating could improve.

Crack the quartz case on watch and got it fixed within an hr for 79.99 great price and service. They even resized watch, taking a link out to fit better.

I went in today to have my son's necklace fixed & to have a ring resized that I was told by other people that it couldn't be resized. The necklace & ring were done in 45 min! I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided & the price. I will definitely be back for any other repairs. Thank you so much, Alanna.

They always treat us like family. Quick & amazing prices. Fixed our watch in less then 10 mins & we were on our way.

VERY good at repairing watches and chains and all types of clothing, good prices, fast, I recommend the best ones

Watchmaker lost original hour marks that had come loose and replaced them with cheap scrap metal. Then charged me a service fee like they did something special. Very unfortunate!
