This is the best jewelry repair shop I've ever done business with in over 50-years. I'm constantly traveling, and currently reside in Tennessee. Whenever a watch, bracelet, or ring ever needs repairs. I wait til my next trip to Orlando to have it repaired. They are very honest, professional, and they do great work. They are also extremely fast and very reasonably priced.
Lisa is the Mgr.of this location, and she has always been awesome. I've been using them for over 10-years now. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my watch in for a routine battery replacement and the younger guy messed it up and ultimately destroyed a $250 watch!
He changed the O ring part to an incorrect spec ring and so it lost its 50M rating because as soon as I got wet, water got in my watch. Now the week day and date don't change because of rust and I can't see the face because of the water droplets. The worst decision I could have made was taking it here.

Never bring gold to this place THEY ARE not real jewlers I WENT HERE with my 14 k gold chain they stain it looks different from wen I took it, it has black color on gold doesn’t come off. DONT trust them with any gold jewelry at all … trust me

Negative experience.brought them a ring from which a stone fell out. The stone was supported by four supports, one of them broke. At first the master said that the work would cost $45. After a few seconds, he changed the price and said that one of the broken supports would need to be built up and it would cost $125. I agreed because I thought that they would bear the costs and add metal.he said that the next day I could pick it up after lunch.the next day I arrived around 6 pm. I was told that nothing had been done. I wasted my travel time and gas. I was not warned in advance. I asked them to write me a message when everything was ready.the next day they called me and said that I could come. They installed the stone in its original place, but instead of making one of the supports larger, they made the other three shorter. I didn’t immediately notice this feature. I paid them $133 including taxes. Now I don't need a discount or an apology from them. Yes, they did their job, but not as they promised, not at the time they promised, and not for the price. Therefore, one star is well deserved. My mistake is that I did not immediately detect the shortcomings and did not make a claim.conclusions: 1.be sure to take several photos of your jewelry before repair in good quality, otherwise it will be difficult to prove later what exactly has changed. 2. Compare the price with another workshop. 3. Negotiate the price and timing of the work in advance. 4.don’t trust people, only facts.

Very friendly staff. I randomly discovered them from walking around the mall yesterday and the woman behind the counter (I apologize for not getting a name) brought my jewelry set my grandmother gave me, back to life.

Used them to take a link out for my watch. Great service, price is higher then normal mostly because of the location but other then that good service

My husband needed his Invicta watch fixed and batteries change and Javier was very helpful, he was friendly and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with the watch. I was amazed how much we were charged for this service.

UPDATE: I brought in 3 rings to have soldered together. When I picked up the rings I was heartbroken with how bad they looked. Not evenly spaced and crooked. So now I get to find another jeweler to do the job properly since he clearly didn't want to put the time in to solder the rings right. Never going back. Must be new owner/management since my previous 5 star review. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc the woman saw how upset I was and didn't charge me.

Best jeweler I have EVER used! They were able to size my ring from a 7 to a 4.5 and it looks absolutely gorgeous! He even reinforced the diamonds, I couldn't be happier with the customer service AND craftsmanship
