Excellent service! My family and I were leaving to go on a cruise same day and due to board the ship at 11: 30am on a Sunday. We made the appointments on Saturday afternoon to get our Covid tests because the tests that we took before traveling we could not use because it was more than 2 days before boarding. So in a panic looking for a place to get new tests in a hurry we found Fast Test Now and it was truly fast. Our appointments were for 8am and the lady was on time and very fast. We had our results in about 30 minutes and we were able to arrive at the port ahead of schedule. This place saved our trip.

I arrived early and was able to be tested immediately as I had made an appointment. Quick and easy. Got test results the next day by 9 am.

We used this testing for our cruise, would highly recommend not far from the port in a taxi and excellent quick service and results. Would recommend for traveling customers as easy to access and not a long taxi journey to the port!

Able to get a 1 hour PCR appointment right away. Very organized and quick process and results arrived within the hour promised. Thank you!

I reported to the assigned place on time and was promptly taken care of. My whole stay at the place was less than 5 minutes. I later received -as promised-the test results via email.

I was early for the appointment, no problems, the lady was really accomadting.within minutes all done for the test.the results returned exactly the time they mention.clear concise and easy to read etc etc

Arrived right on time and was seen immediately by a very friendly employee. We were in and out the door in 5 mins and had our results emailed to us within the half hour. Very clean and professional facility that I would highly recommend.

So I went to a testing facility in Las Vegas Nevada they didn't greet me when I walked in the door they barely took my information to make an appointment it was very unprofessional very cold as far as the workers are customer service skills was horrible and I've been there a few times and I'm not going to give my name I'm going to remain anonymous but there used to be a warmer staff working there but I don't know what happened to that lady but they treated me as if I was a foreigner and it was a terrible it was two ladies one short with glasses and another one I think short with glasses also but very cold and unprofessional.

Scheduling an appointment was seamless; the technician was efficient; and we received our results to our email addresses within 30 minutes. Highly recommend the services of Fast Test Now.

Almost lost my flight and had a very stressful moment with my two children because the airline didn't want me to get on the flight because i did not have the test results.
When they finally send me the test I was speaking with Maria Elizabeth Gutierrez in the whatsapp costumer service, she was really disrespectful and dis every thing she can not to help me.
FAST TEST NOW is simply not a serious company that offers what they cant comply

OWNERS RESPONSE:
Your results were sent out at exactly 2 hours and 37 minutes. We always tell all our patients to check their spam/junk folder as sometimes emails do end up in that folder. That is something we have no control over. When you reached out to us we immediately resend you results via email and whatsapp. After review your chat transcript it seems you were very hasty and rude to our staff. We as a company do not have any tolerance for rudeness against our staff. We are here to help you and assist you during this stressful times. We are not here for you to be condescending at as we do not accept that from anyone. Hope you had a safe trip and we are glad you were able to board your flight safely.

I was awake all night, waiting for your test result. OF COURSE I checked the SPAM/JUNK folder, many times.guess what? Did not receive anything there as you are saying.
So, not only you are disrespecting me as a costumer, buy selling me and charging me for something i did not receive (249$ for a 3 hour test result, receiving the result almost 12 hours later) but now you are calling me lier, you should be ashamed of that as a "serious" company.
If you dont accept a hasty and rude response to your employees (wich you did not get) start by not having a hasty and rude treatment to your clients, never in my life have been treated as badly and disrespectful after paying that much money as you have treated me.
The costumer service MARIA ELIZABETH GUTIERREZ telling me "it seem your begging for some free tests" let me tell you, it the least you can do for not complying for what you offer. And actually what i was demanding is to be treated fairly and to get what ive payed for (wich i did not get)
I was also reading other reviews, and it seems im not the only one that have passed this situation.
After this response that i had from the owner, it is pretty clear that the costumer is not priority and the moral values that promote in this company are horrific.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
This treatment and lack of seriousness and responsibility should stop!

They do not respect their own published refund policy. It clearly states that the cancellation fee is $50 if an appointment is cancelled more than 72 hours in advance. I canceled my appointment more than a month in advance and three months later I am still waiting for my $149 refund. I have written proof through our exchange of emails that my cancellation notification was read and confirmed. I was told that the accounting department would issue my refund but since then no refund has been paid and they no longer answer my emails or telephone calls. This is not only unprofessional, this is THEFT!

I wanted to take the time out to send a special thank you to Haydee in your Miami Beach office. I have done more than 20 test already in my travels globally, and I have never met ANYONE so nice and knowledgeable as Haydee. My girlfriend and I went to your Miami Beach location this morning to be tested and our experience was absolutely the most pleasant we have ever experienced.
