Fast Track Urgent Care Center, Tampa FL

Long wait for surgery. Other than that, everything was fantastic. The nurse in post-op was absolutely amazing.

I had a hernia operation at TGH and the care was excellent. They are top line professionals and really went the extra mile for me. Dr. Kuo, who performed the operation took the time with me to explain exactly what the procedure entailed and what I could expect in recovery. The nurses and support staff were very friendly and thorough. If your deciding on a hospital for care I highly recommend TGH.

I went here on Sunday, July 4 to get tested for COVID-19, and the process was efficient and quick. The staff was respectful and very informative.

Tgh is one of the best health care providers in the Tampa bay area, I have A few health issues and I can recall back in 1991 I was admitted there for 29 days, my stay there where very educational and was surrounding by some of the best professionals nurses and doctors, I wouldn't choose another hospital but Tampa general, your treatment towards patients are very professional and service is well done

I was 15 minutes early to my appointment and drove right up to the drive thru. A nurse came out right away, got my information then did the Covid test and off I went. Very smooth and easy interaction. Great job.

The nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful and attentive. Facility was clean and comfortable.

They were fast and detailed! The PA explained everything to me and made my son smile and laugh even though he did not feel well! The PA kept his word When he said he will give me more for school.

I recently got COVID tested at the Fast Track TGH Urgent Care Carrollwood location and it was such an easy and stress free experience. Their online scheduling was easy to maneuver and they had a lot of appointments available. Once I got there for my appointment the front desk woman was so pleasant and kind it was almost startling. The nurses and nurse practitioner where just as nice and extremely thorough. I had my results within 15 minutes and I was on my way. I have been to other Fast Track locations and their employees are always caring and very good at their jobs, Fast Track is definitely doing something right by their employees and I will most certainly be returning for any future urgent care needs.

Never visit again Sra. Ashley Banks isn't professional care or follow her patient problem with the prescription that need preauthorization even went I explain her staff and visit the urgent care 3 times to address the issue related with my prescription. I never had so much problem with a medication or with a supposed be a health care or practitioner. She doesn't have what It takes to be call a doctor poor experience. From 1/2/21 I still waiting for Sra. Banks to give the pharmacy preauthorization in order to release my prescription today 1/8/21

Horrible Service! If I could rate a zero, I would. The women at the front desk were so unprofessional and incompetent. I was given inaccurate information regarding Covid-19 testing. I will NOT return to this location in the future. You would think due to the unprecedented events that occurred this year; the staff would be courteous and respectful, but instead, they are providing awful service. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. STAY AWAY IF YOU PREFER EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Everything went smoothly, from the receptionist at the front desk to the technician that helped me. The tech was very patient with me and very professional.

I was misdiagnosed, not given the right meds AND my prescription was sent to the wrong place. If I could give lower than 1 star I would.

I went here on a weekend to get checked out because I had a fever. They told me it was a cold. It was actually the flu and a long infection. I was sick for quite a while because they didn’t catch it in time. I would never use their services again.

I love this location. Extremely efficient. It’s definitely an in and out process. But not to where you feel rushed. I prefer coming here than to go to a primary because as you know, most of us spend more time in the waiting room, than for the actual time spent with the physician. The PA and her staff are friendly, and helpful.

Excellent patient care, with warm professional staff. The doctor was very attentive and took her time to go over my concerns and explained and answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend unequivocally this urgent care facility.

Overall I had a good experience. I didn’t wait very long at all to be helped, the PA I saw was extremely nice and listened to my symptoms. I left the office and went straight to pick up my prescriptions for my sinus issues, and they were ready and waiting for me! Thank you for the prompt and friendly service yesterday.

Dr. Moore is Amazing! Her nurses are respectful and professional. The wait is never long and I always feel comfortable in her hands.

Very disappointed if this place I left my credit card on file, just in case I need, pay cash one my visit they charge me on my credit card too, know they took another $20.00 and I not even went there, keep eye on your account not a trust place, never leave you credit card on file.

Blannie Whelan was yet AGAIN the ABSOLUTE WORST and beyond rude the entire time we were there, she had an extremely condescending sarcastic attitude about any question or comment we had about the process of treatment and was beyond unprofessional. Highly recommend going anywhere else than coming here, a hospital would be better. Not to mention the building was completely empty and it still took them almost 30 minutes to bring us back to even be checked on!
