To be honest I was surprised to read some of these reviews. I've exclusively purchased all of my corporate books from Fastkit over the past maybe 4-5 years, and every single time I've had an issue customer service has been top notch. Their book quality is fantastic, albeit you'll occasionally get something that's a little off due to shipping and the boxes getting thrown around until it gets to you. John is absolutely excellent when it comes to customer service and any issues I've had he's helped me out personally. Absolutely don't hesitate to order from these guys. They're simply the best.

If you are looking for professional people who care about their clients, do not do business with these people. They want money up front and will not send the finished product until payment is received which is unfortunate because it puts the client in a situation that if they don't like the finished product it's too bad. As you will read others rating fastkit. They refused to help us with a missing pallet of boxes that FedEx lost and took very little interest in trying to help us recover the pallet. They instantly issued us another quote to replace the missing boxes worth over $5000. Had they been more assertive in trying to help us rather than rushing to give us quote, we may have had better luck in recovering our pallet, but they simply said too bad as we took the loss. We are now stuck with the bottom part of our boxes and do not have the top sleeves with a total loss of over 10k. If you are a small business, this type of loss hurts hard!
