Bobby is very quick, affordable and clearly loves what he does. Fast Lanes fixed what a different mobile store messed up. Highly recommended!

The guys there tried really hard to help me with my laptop. They weren't able to do what I needed done but that wasn't their fault at all. They worked on it for about an hour and didn't charge me a thing. I would recommend them 100%. Super nice and professional!

I went to fast lane to fix my Touch Bar on my MacBook pro. Got my computer back just to not even be able to use it without a charger. It will he fully charged but shuts down as soon as I take it off charge and will not turn on until connected to a charger. Not only that, the camera doesn't even work anymore and my keyboard doesn't have backlights anymore. My screen came back cracked. This computer was very expensive and I still had to pay $60 for him to basically mess up my computer worse than when I got it and is basically useless. My computer was getting me through high school and college. Now, my family has to fork out even more money because of his mistakes. Would not recommend this place if you don't want to get a broken computer back

I took my iPad here a week ago, provided the item as well as model number. I was told the screen repair would be 169.00. My iPad was working FINE when I dropped it off. Not glitching. Not exposed glass. Just a lot of hairline cracks. It functioned 100%. I told them to repair the iPad. Requested they order the replacement screen. A week later they call and say it’s going to be 220, they haven’t ordered the screen, and they’ve completely ruined my damn ipad to the point it cannot be used. Highly unprofessional. They don’t know what the hell they are doing. They know nothing about iPads. They know nothing about repairs.

These guys are great! I’ve used them several times and they always do a fantastic job! I hope I get their names correct (apologies if I don’t) - Jason and Scooby - thank you for always being so patient with my lack of technological skills. They truly go out of their way to help anyway they can, as quickly as they can! Go to Fastlane Computers in Marianna, FL, if you need great sales and service! Friendly service, not very fast service. Broke my phone when I went to get the screen replaced and couldn't issue a refund over the weekend but once I spoke with the manager on Monday the refund was rather swift. I think they usually have excellent service, they're just overworked and understaffed. I want to cut them some slack and suggest some patience is definitely needed.

Customer service, sucks. Repairs, sucks. Expectations, what I expected. I asked for a screen repair and got it. Of course because of that they broke my phone, (literally). My phone has been stuck on a boot loop since and since I’ve tried to call see if I can get some repair for that. They want to charge me almost the same amount they did for a full screen repair and that is redonkylous. Not to mention they took like, 40 calls before they even picked up. So my overall experience was bad. They did what I paid for but screwed my phone up only for me to be haggled into another repair.

When i first went to fast lanes i had a blow ps and I paid for a ram upgrade.the first time I got it took it home and it still was 8 gb ram instead of 16 like i paid for.and my games were restarting my computer.so i was upset. BUT when i took it back the installed 24 gb ram added a new power supply and now it works fine and didn't charge me an extra dime.so if at first they make an error they will fix it back for you! Great service from the manager.but one employee there has terrible customer service and just seems like he doesn't care, but other than that. 5/5

$171 for iPad screen replacement. Got it back and cleaned it to put a protector on it and there were smudges on the inside of the glass. Guy at counter says oh just bring it back we will fix it. No discount offered and couldn’t fix it while I was there. Sub par customer service.

Took my galaxy note 10± to have the screen repaired. Got it back and would not charge via port nor wireless pad. Took it back and he fixed it no problem. The issue is when my wife went to go pick it up the man hit on my wife gave her a username to a fetish site. Then proceeded to message mine and my wife's account trying to "talk" to my wife. I will never go back. Low life trash. Wouldn't trust him with my phone again because there is no telling if he looked through my phone.

Fast Lane computers are awesome and page plus is great also. I use page plus as my phone carrier and I just enjoy it. The people who work here are all awesome too! Keep up the great work guys!

I drunkenly shattered my iPhone 7 and decideD to stop in for a phone repair. My man Eeyore hooked it up, had my screen replaced in less than an hour, good as new. I’d highly recommend this place if you need to get your phone screen replaced.
