I have a IPhone 14 Pro Max and the back glass was cracked and my battery had swollen. Had a lady recommend this company and told me to go see Brandon and glad I did! They did an amazing job fixing my phone and did it fast also. Saved me 300.00 for excellent work and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks!

They're great! Fixed my phone screen in an hour. They did need to order my screen the day before. Once the screen was in, it was an hour fix. Their prices are extremely competitive! My phone's a Samsung A23 Ultra. They other places I called were very, very expensive. I will always recommend Fastlane to anyone who needs phone or computer repair. They're honestly really awesome!

Brandon did a phenomenal job trying to fix my MacBook and gave excellent customer service. Even though he wasn’t able to fix it, he told me what was wrong and did not charge me when the battery he replaced was not able to solve my issue. I recommend Fastlane.

Jason and Brandon did an excellent job updating my old HP tower, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Brandon explained things to me like I was inexperienced, but not stupid, which was amazing. I will definitely return to these guys for any future upgrades or custom builds.

They repaired my computer extremely fast (2-3 business days, with item in stock). The price was better than most places, and the diagnostic price was way more inexpensive than others I checked! After receiving my PC, they had accidentally forgotten to give me my adapter cord, but promptly gave me one the same day I let them know. Kindest people I've met when it comes to computer problems. Definitively will come back here again if I ever have another issue!

I had a busted screen that made my phone inaccessible and they fixed it in a good timely manner. The price for fixing said screen was very affordable and they showed excellent customer service was very friendly and was knowledgeable in their trade. 1010

Needed the front and back replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S8 that I've Giving my son for his birthday. I dropped it off Thursday and it was done and ready the next day. Very thankful it was fast service (the party's Sunday). This isn't the first time I've been here and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I had a fantastic experience here. They helped me replace the fans in my computer. Their service exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was also incredibly friendly, and helpful making the whole process seamless.

I normally have a great experience at this place and Brandon is great, but this time I was thoroughly disappointed in the level of service. I have an iphone 13 which is water resistant to 6 meters for 30 minutes according to Apple. I know this to be true because I have used it many times for video underwater without issue. I took it into the shop for a screen replacement in early June and last week attempted to video underwater and the phone quit. Today, I went in to discuss the problem and was told that the phone really isn't water resistant and this and that and Apple really shouldn't sell it that way. I was told there was no warranty on their screen replacement for water damage. I discussed that the phone wasn't fixed back to original specs and was told it was until I took it under the water. Well, that's not back to original specs, and then was told we aren't Apple. In one breath they know more than Apple and that their phones aren't water resistant and then in the next one if I wanted it water resistant I should have sent it to Apple. I would not have a single issue with their repair had we been told that their repair isn't an Apple repair and just don't take it under the water. I spent $450 on this repair and now are out that plus I have a phone that doesn't work. Just poor service and communication all around.

Honest, reliable, kind! I promise, you don't need to look any further if you need a computer repaired. My laptop hinge broke and I took it here. Within 1 day I received a call from Jason letting me know they tried for a while to find cheaper parts, but the lowest they could find (and even with limited labor) would still put the price of a repair at about 1/2 the price I paid for the laptop nearly 5 years ago. They said they could fix it no problem and would be happy to do so, but were honest and said that for that cost, I would be better off with a new laptop. They took the time to ask what I use it for, engaging on even small details of my day-to-day work to understand what features would most benefit me. Brandon talked to me about what I should look for in a laptop, down to keypad, touchscreen options, screen size, hard drive size and type, processor type, brand.everything! He explained why I don't need some features that are more expensive and about the range I should be paying for what I need. They showed me the laptops they have in stock, and advised of which big box stores they recommend and why. They did ALL of this and insisted they would not charge me. Nothing to diagnose and estimate the repair cost, even though I'm sure at minimum a couple of hours were spent trying to find parts and gather the information needed for such a repair, and nothing for the professinal consultation I received when the decision to not repair the laptop was made. Even though I did not end up repairing my laptop here, I will absolutely return in the future and recommend them to anyone I encounter who needs a repair.
