This FASTSIGNS store in Orlando was phenomenal. I ordered signage for an event online and it did not arrive by the day of my event. At the last minute I had to go to FASTSIGNS and print 20 signs. The staff was kind, accommodating, and did a fantastic job. I will never order my signs online again!

Was looking to have a cardboard cutout made for an anniversary party and they were able to deliver! They spent an hour with me providing options for the lowest prices and helped edit my photo, then sent drafts to review before printing and had the final product ready in 2 days! Not impressed, I called for a quote today and they said "email us". Word of advice, if someone calls your business and asks for a quote, the better way to provide good customer service is to assist that person on the phone and then follow up the verbal quotes with an email and the bad way is to just say "email us" and not care. It's just laziness or they can't handle their current workload and are too busy to even provide a quote on the phone, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Be ware of this place, the manager is a Karen and takes pictures of the cars in the parking lot so a 3rd company can tow them and make money, no sign no nothing

They were able to give me a great product at a vary good price and I was able to get them the same day.
