I have a 2013 f150. After numerous mechanics and thousands of money spent on it. I was very disappointed until I took my truck to father and son transmission. They gave me an estimate and gave me it back in a week. My truck runs like the first day I bought it. I’m in love with my truck again. Thanks to father and son transmission

After very bad experiences in different workshops spending money to continue with my useless car, I remembered that the transmission had been repaired when the car was owned by my brother-in-law. We spoke with Mr. Humberto and he quickly offered to take the car to the workshop to assess what the problem was. On Monday I sent him the car with the tow truck and the same Monday he called me to give me the diagnosis. The transmission under warranty was checked and maintenance was done, but that was not the problem. The problem was in the transmission cooling radiator and on Tuesday it was changed and ready to be removed. Today Wednesday I was able to pick up my car perfectly working. Humberto has made me regain confidence that not all people are dishonest and I am very appreciative of his professionalism and human qualities. Totally recommended workshop as well as its owner Mr. Humberto. Thank you!

On January 24th, 2023 I went to Father and Son Transmisión. I went to get my car’s transmission repaired and by far this has been one of the best services I’ve ever received. The work that was performed on my car was amazing. I’m glad to say that no matter how far away I live from their shop I’m willing to take the drive just because of how good they all are at what they do. For sure if your looking for someone to put your trust in when It comes to repairing your car I highly recommend checking this place out. All of the mechanics at Father and Son are very respectful and the owner is very humorous.
The service here is amazingly fast and everything is done with high quality. Their all very honest about all of the work they do and their all very professional at their jobs.

English/Español - On January 16,2023 the mechanics at Father and son transmission tuned up my transmission by flushing & draining the old fluid and adding new fluid and gasket on my 2014 Chevrolet traverse. Humberto charged me $650 dollars for the job. After I left their shop, I called Alonso Transmission in Miami and asked them how much that same service costs at their shop, and they told me $295. That means that Humberto overcharged me $355 ($650 paid minus $295 that costs at a similar transmission shop). By overloading me Humberto & the shop lost a first time customer who was planning to also service my 2006 equinox there for many years since Humberto told me that they also do most mechanical jobs. English - On January 16th I had the pink transmission fluid and gasket mixed in my 2014 Chevrolet traverse. Humberto charged me $650. I called Alonso transmission in Miami and they only charge $295 for the same service. Humberto charged me an extra $355 ($650 that I paid minus the $295 that it costs) and that's why they lost me as a customer for life and I won't recommend them to anyone.

Humberto and all the guys at Father&Son transmission were extremely helpful, honest, and friendly. I brought my vehicle in with an unknown issue, and they helped figure out the problem and got me on my way. Always very transparent with what they were doing and why. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to find the fix to their vehicle in the Hialeah area.
