Very unprofessional customer service and communications, I had a deadline of a month to do a project, the people at Faulkner were supposed to give a quote and after 2 visits, 2 weeks and 4 phone calls, 5 emails begging them for the quotes, they never got back to me on time with the quotes and I lost my whole project due to their negligence.

Faulkner plastics does not disappoint. The customer service alone deserves to be acknowledged! Very helpful and creative. The quality of what they provide is most def top tier. It’s safe to say I won’t be looking anywhere else!

Submitted a job for CNC fabrication and most dimensions were completely off. Some by over 1/4”. They offered no solution and no refund. Basically you’re on your own. And the job which they said would be done in 2-3 weeks took them one and a half month! If you go there, good luck to you!

5-5-2021. In reply to your response: The order was placed through a business affiliate who's owner went in person to try to resolve the situation. After speaking to several people (including the owner), he was told he would not be reimbursed.
