FDOT Florida's Turnpike Enterprise HQ

I was on vacation traveling by GPS to fort de soto park. I had my GPS settings set too no toll roads due to not having any cash. To my surprise, I ran into a "turnpike" which was not registered as a toll road. As I approached, I stated the the gentlemen working that I had no cash, and asked if they would take a picture my license plate and send me the bill. He replied with no, I have to give you a insufficient funds citation. I asked if I could pay by debit, credit, online, or come back and pay after I got to an ATM. He responded with nope, and I have your license plate now so you have to pay it. We live in the 21 century FDOT, for you to not except debit, credit, or even to pay online later is absolutely rediculous to me. I was forced to purchase a money order for a $1 and then another. 60¢ for a stamp all to mail a money order for. 75¢! I spent double the price of the turnpike just to mail. 75¢. This is completely absurd and you need to update your system.
