4 I know why FedEx employees throw packages now. I feel bad for them.
Bg express Is very desperate for employees be where they're tricking people currently.
They're lying about the type of pay. They're lying about the hours, and they're lying about pto
If you got paid by the packages and not by the stop you would be OK but they make it sound really good when in Reality, you're working 10 and 12 hours to barely make a living anywhere. Else you'd work 8 hours and make the same amount. And you would have benefits.
Be warned.
Local staff is wonderful, 1800 number and fed ex policies are terrible. Order order an item from amazon Was not placed in the hub. Driver attempted to give my package to a gas station attendant, when attendant refused item, driver made no call or attempt to reach me, labeled it as incorrect address and shipped back to sender. 800 number initially told me they couldn't help, until I got mad at them, then suddenly there was a solution to intercept at local facility. Staff at local facility wad wonderful and helped me get the package. This is what $70 shipment looks like at fedex.
My package has been sitting here since beginning of Jan 2023 and still today showing its here. Fedex Customer service offers no resolution.
I dropped off a package there, after other locations have closed.
They are open 24 hours!
