14 I would give zero stars but it’s not possible.
Not like anyone at FedEx cares anyway.
If it wasn't for a very special employee I would blast your company. Delivery was tried twice from what it showed online and showed the wring time and times of attempts. Every time I called customer service a very curt and rude person gave me the wrong information. Telling me that I had to go to the pompano office even though our package was being delivered to Hollywood to find out that our package was out for delivery again. I repeatedly asked if I could change the address for delivery and was told no from this person. The only person that was helpful was the lovely lady that tried to help at the pompano office. We are currently waiting for our package to arrive at the new location. I'm really disappointed in how your company handled this situation at the customer service phone # that's located on the delivery slip.
Ive had a package stuck here for almost a full month now. I don’t know what the hell they’re doing.
Don’t expect to ever receive your package. My package has been on a truck and out for delivery since last Thursday. I have called customer service everyday since then. They have promised it will be delivered the next day, each time. But NO package received. Worst service center Fedex has ever owned. Fedex needs to look into their Ground Facility in Pompano Beach, FL. They need restructuring immediately!
I ordered a TracFone and forgot to put my complete address on package. I only put Coconut Creek Florida. I made a mistake and did not put the complete address because I am constantly busy with homeschooling, work, and day-to-day life.the manager and the top manager would not allow me to pick up my package only because the address was incomplete. I showed them my receipt- I showed them the transaction on the TracFone website- I showed them the credit card that I used. Despite myefforts to prove who I was, they would not give me my package.instead they resulted in sending the package back to the company and telling me that I was in a potential fraud case! What! I am humiliated! I'm very unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism that was portrayed to me by the managers at FedEx. FedEx does not know how to take care of their customers. They claimed to call TracFone but came back saying there was no answer. I called TracFone and got a representative on the line but they refused to speak to her. The managers were impolite, rude and unconcerned with the issue. They left me there and said call the 1800 number.
This place sucks! They won’t let any customers in and the wait is long. The way they do things here are STUPID.
Less than one star. I feel like I'm going to a prison. Horrible service. People hanging outside. You give your tracking #, then you wait in your car. FedEx needs to go to UPS to learn customer service. This place is a disgrace. It even looks like a prison. If you don't trust your employees and customers best get into another business.
Hopefully you don’t have any packages that have to get held here, because you won’t be receiving them. Drove 30 minutes to pick up a package, waited 45 min, went back in to see what the hold up was and they told me HOPEFULLY you get it in the next hour, super reassuring. After calling corporate even they were unable to get a hold of them, and can’t do anything for me. This place is a joke.
Ordered a set of four rims for my car and only received 3. When I asked the delivery guy where the fourth one was, he had no idea and said there was only three. What am I going to do with three wheels. Absolutely upset with the service
So i had this package that required signature, because of the hours I work, I cannot get delivered of my package without signing for the package.
I called Fedex and they said I can pickup this at this center.
After waiting for an hour I was informed that the package was taking home by the driver and could not be picked up today.
Really!
Does FEDex approved for drivers to keep packages in his trucks overnight in his houses?
This will never happen with UPS.

I work from home and was waiting for very important package 0n 6/8/2018. Tracking said no one home to deliver. FALSE. I was home all day waiting for the truck. It never showed up or knock on the door. Very disappointed with FEDEX Service
I had a truck block the road yesterday in the Rio Vista area, after asking the assistant why did the Driver block the road, I then realized part of the problem, why does it take 2 to deliver packeges? Intelligence levels are low, driver was rude, after moving at His rate of speed, he blows me a Kiss! I had to rate 1star just to leave this information!
Never got my package but it was marked as delivered. Took them 10 days to decide it was a lost package. Nobody helped me once. Garbage company.
Terrible Service! May I suggest UPS or USPS never use this company! Tracker is a joke.customer service has no idea what's happening! I called eight times to track and ensure delivery even with all my best efforts I waited the whole day to sign for a package they never had any intention of delivering. Liars! Don't use FED EX!
