They keep losing my packages. And when I call Customer service That cannot get in touch with anybody inside the US so they are no help!
The worst delivery experience I have ever had. I spent several hundred dollars to purchase a nice box for delivery services to place packages in and this woman threw a tire into it from 5’ away absolutely destroying the entire box. And she walks away without so much as a care in the world.
Driver delivered packed to another address and said it was undeliverable. Called fedex customer service worst in the world. Spoke with people phillipines and Colombia. You cannot reach anyone in the USA for fedex customer no service!
Package had 2 days of delivery exceptions. They did not know where the package was located. Drove 60 miles to pickup package over two days. One person was working in main distribution center. She tried her best. No acceptable excuse.
They never deliver my package to my house this the third time fedex has lost my package and i am over calling customer service.because they are absolutely no help

Delivery Driver repeatedly lied about attempting to deliver package to my office. I am sitting in my office now and they say they just tried to deliver. This location is terribly mismanaged in my opinion. I have never seen such a terrible package delivery service and such a unprofessional company.
Refuse to leave Amazon packages and lie that no one is there

First of all I would like to say Alex at the FedEx location did a wonderful job looking for my package that made it to the location but then was misplace for a couple days this was a expensive item and required a signature somehow made its way to the over Bien staging area instead of getting scanned or owner drivers truck because of poor packaging from the sender and fell out of a box. Thanks again for the hard work from him and willing to call me giving me updated me threw the whole process.
This is by far the worst Fedex place in the county. They "lost" my $1200 laptop and refused to reimburse me for it. I was told it was lost within the facility. If it was lost in the facility, how can you not find it? Now I'm out of $1200 and a computer because of thieves at this location. We're in a pandemic and you have people stealing from innocent people who have spent their hard-earned money. I will be filing a police report with RBPD and contacting an attorney.
My packages (and those of my neighbors who live on the same street) are routinely delivered to the wrong address. People on my street have missed Christmas packages because of careless FedEx delivery drivers.
Today another package of mine was incorrectly delivered. My neighbor and myself found ourselves walking together to the next street over to retrieve our packages from confused neighbors. I've called about this same issue twice prior. Twice people have reassured me this won't happen again, but still packages get delivered to the wrong address. It's not merely one house over; packages are consistently delivered to the wrong street. I can only conclude that Fed Ex is not detail oriented, careless, and that their word is worthless.
As a business owner and someone who utilizes shipping services to send materials to clients, I no-longer use FedEx, as I want to make sure my valued clients actually receive their ordered materials. My experience as an individual clearly shows me that FedEx does not guarantee accurate or appropriate delivery of packages. Spending hours on hold also shows me that FedEx does not respect their clients time.
FedEx is a shipping service that is unable to do the bare minimum required of a company in their field, simply deliver a package to the right address.
One of the worse places I’ve ever worked in my life. Bosses were rude, they didn’t pay well and 2 hours is not a shift. They could prosper if they treated their workers a lot better. But as long as they go the way they are going they will always have a high turnover rate.
To be honest I wasn't really paying attention to when I did this but they deliver on time especially for me for me when I ordered home delivery.they deliver on time
