I hate this place. It’s like they want to be irritating. Nobody says “we’ll be right with you. ” They just keep doing what they’re doing. It’s TSA without going to the airport. Kurly is the only one who cares and is good at her job.

Kicked out by the Karen manager for not wanting to wear a mask despite getting my Covid 19 vaccines and for producing proof of a medical exemption for masking.

Service was denied and my rights and liberties were violated by the terrible people at this place do not do business with these awful people.

Went there today to make a copy and fax something. I was confused about the process until Joseph helped ME!

If the Manager is not at the stores it’s worthless going in XAVIER should learn some manners or find another career.

Do not use Fedex Office for anything besides shipping packages. Their pricing is UNREASONABLY high. I printed an order last week that was more than 4 times the cost of using any other local printer ($270 at Fedex vs. $64 at Allegra Printing). I called the mananger after learning this, but he was unable to do anything about the price, and in fact confirmed their prices are higher. Buyer beware!

Mailed a box was supposed to be 3 day and now it has been a week and has not arrived yet and not getting any answers from FedEx of where it is gurrrrrrr

Terrible customer service. All I had to do was drop off an Amazon return which is supposed to be a quick in and out with the scan of return code. I waited for 20 minutes as they continued taking customers who came in after me and then finally left without my items being received.

I used to love going to this location, but last few times I dealt with a young man (might be new) who was very rude and arrogant, acting like he was trying to dominate the place, but not bright, a complete moron with no customer service skills. I won't go back there. W Kennedy location will do great for me now

Excellent excellent EXCELLENT customer service. Travis was incredibly kind, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and really helped me out with a quick printing project I needed. Thank you so much for everything. Definitely a well-qualified and efficient establishment.

Monica was extremely polite and helpful. She went above and beyond. I had issues with the dimensions of a project and she was able to fix it right away. She is an A+ employee. Great customer service, thank you Monica!

This place is the worst. This is the second time I go to print something and the printers are offline. I explained to the gentleman that I was on my way to an interview and needed to print one thing and he couldn’t help me. This place is not reliable.

I was helped by Gilbert who provided great customer service and was very attentive to detail. God bless you sir.

Went for my resume. Quick service. Gilbert was friendly and funny. In and out experience how I like. Great selection for resume paper, I went with the Natural. 5 Stars

Horrible service. Most unprofessional.
Waited over 20 minutes while 4 representatives are standing and chatting doing nothing. Once someone finally found the time (Kerlye) they were rude and actually snapped at me when we asked a question about my international package. Will never use their services again. Never seen anything so unprofessional

Printers were not functioning. The one that was functioning was out of paper. I was over charged. It was the most chaotic experience I’ve ever had at a fedex

Great service, the Blonde Girl up front was super helpful! I forgot her name, but she is awesome!

Worst service. The manager will talk about you like you aren't there. Unapologetic. Rude and will make you wait an extremely long time for no apparent reason. They dont know how to use their own equipment. Then 'do you a favor' by not ringing up all of your order. I dont want a favor, i want good service. I will never go back to this location and will second guess this company for everything else because they have poor hiring practices. I'd give no stars if I could.
