FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Fort Lauderdale FL

Staff at this location really do not care. Went there to get pictures to renew my passport. Specially asked if I needed to take my glasses off but was advised that it was not necessary and keep my glasses on. During checkout, the gentleman checking me out was checking his watch and yawning. Afterwards, I found out that you can not wear anything that covers your eyes. In another words, no glasses. I had to get another picture taken. This was not my first instance of bad service at this location.

Avoid using FedEx services in Broward County like the plague! Twelve days after dropping off my package at this location to be delivered to Atlanta, it languished in Fort Lauderdale. After they finally returned my package to me, they refused to reimburse me. Thankfully, AMEX stepped in and reimbursed me. Don't waste your time expecting any customer service from these wahoos! Use them at your own risk!

DISCRIMINATORY, RUDE, SELECTIVE IN WHO THEY SERVE!

In an effort to ship late holiday items to my sons up north, I visited this location. I was not only denied service by treated with racial bias from both guys and profiled. I prepared two beautiful baskets to be shipped and the sales associate (Steven) wrongfully accused me of trying to ship alcohol and insisted that I tear open the gifts to prove him wrong. The initial associate was Izzy, he refused to serve me without my opening my shipment items. The associate Steven was also overheard on the phone making disparaging remarks pertaining to me in the presence of other customers. I was so insulted I left without packages being sent.

Will be escalating issue to corporate offices.

Steven and his coworker were very interested in my situation. I really appreciate the service I received. I use this location all the time.

I dropped off fedex for my husband everyday more than 10 envelopes a day and I try to take some empty envelopes home the worker yelled at me that I can’t take the envelopes! You should put the sign up that “NOT AROUND TO TAKE THE ENVELOPES” Extremely rude employee that I ever see.

I don't know what happened with their computer system that you pay for to use but suddenly, I'm not able to print eBay shipping labels at FedEx Office on their computers.
Angie the manager has been great but trying to find the root of the problem is a big merry-go-round with the corporation. I have no problem printing shipping labels from my sales on Etsy and Amazon and I used to be able to print eBay shipping labels at all Fedex Offices but now I just get blank pages and an error report. Very frustrating that there is no customer service line to call at the company to report this problem.

Ismael was extremely professional and gave fantastic service to me and the many others who were in the store while was using the print and go and shipping services. Thank you Ismael.

The store offers different services but the company should train better the employees not only in costumer service, but also make sure the knowledge about international shippings is at a decent levels. Some employees should be more mindful the moment they handle packages especially if shipping rates are high in some cases.

Horrible customer service and attitudes. I've had multiple orders messed up here (Have used out of convenience) Plenty of other places to go, this place is horrible and the employees are incompetent.

They deliver my packages to someone else even that signature was required, they don't pick up the phone, worst service ever

Helpful staff they are always ready to help out. Get everything I need done pretty quick with them. They also have different variety of little things to shop for.

Terrible experience employee on the phone not wanting to work and when he finally got to me he lied about not being able to ship my packages.

Great place. Dee Dee is so helpful. She has gone out of her way to assist me. This Fed Ex location is the best! I drive extra miles just to go to this business.

Helpful, efficient but not a bargain.

Their prices are insane. 400 buck for a 20 lbs box to nyc — not Priority — just before 6 pm — four hundred dollars. Really?

I need to go get a bunch of stuff printed and laminated, and was checking out this place, but based on the recent reviews, which they can’t even be bothered to respond to, I’m going to Staples. Seems like they just don’t care. I have shipped from here before, but don’t remember what kind of experience I had.

My favorite place around midnight. I work extremely long hours and I appreciate its 24 hour schedule! ️

I only went to this FedEX Print & Ship center because it had the best reviews, I had to pass 2 other FedEx's to get to this one at 1587 Federal Hwy, Ft. Laud. The manager Patrick was extremely patient and kind to me and really help with my crazy questions and he put my package together in know time at all, actually made it look simple. I would highly recommend this Fed Ex place above the rest.

Small location so you may have to wait if it's busy, but they were able to get some documents printed in a short timeframe without issue.

This FedEx Office is great for a quick drop in to take care of some small shipping or very small printing jobs.

They don't have a full set of copiers or computers & printers - there are only a couple of each. But I've never seen all of them in use, so it doesn't seem to be a problem.

The staff is very helpful.

The person working is moving in slow motion. Approximately 15 minutes per person. This is brutal
