You can’t just shut a store down when you have customers driving to it after checking the hours and seeing it’s open. Would of been nice for a heads up phone call when the print order was ready at 2: 55 (I just got an automated via email alert). I went there at 4: 20 thinking it was good to go since it closed at 6. Got there and the place was locked up with light out. So I drove back home disappointed and a little annoyed.

Got a phone call at 4: 45 saying my print order was ready. Are you kidding? I explained that already went there and it was closed. Excuse: mandatory 1-hour break. Had to shut the store. Unreal. Is this Fedex or “mom and pop” printing?

Very easy process to utilize the copier to print documents from a flash drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful including with a FedEx delivery I needed to make. Frank assisted me with that and helped answer some questions I had. Thanks to both employees for a pleasant experience.

After waiting in line for abt 10minutes to print some photos. Was told they didn’t carry photo paper. What kind of printing shop doesn’t have photo paper

Ripped off by notary. I really needed a few documents notarized, was told one price then after the documents were stamped and signed. He charged me $80. Definitely took advantage of my time constraint. Would not recommend this FedEx

Parking is a pain at this location. Service is not that friendly. I was greeted by a moody employee who made me feel very unwelcome in this store. One out of the two times I've used this location to print, their self-service machine wasn't available. Had to wait in line without them really trying to get the order completed promptly. Only good point is that I was not overcharged at any point.
